Remy .C: Masterclass de niveau 1, une superbe expérience !Nous avons réalisé 3 cocktails différents (base rhum, vodka, whisky) avec de très nombreux ingrédients tous fait maison.François est très pédagogue et sait rapidement mettre les gens à l'aise même avec des groupes assez importants.Entre deux cocktails, nous avons eu des anecdotes les cocktails, un type d'alcool, l'univers des barman etc...Des histoires intéressantes, toujours avec humour et bonne humeur.Bref, un très bon moment que je conseille à toutes et tous !Je reviendrai pour la masterclass 2 et pour déguster un Ramos gin fizz :)Rémy

Inès: Je suis assez mitigé de mon expérience au Joker. J’étais venue il y a 2 ans, et j’avais exactement la meme carte qu’aujourd’hui. Les cocktails sont sympas, mais beaucoup trop de glace. La planche est assez petite, pas de pain frais, et pas très variée. Le service est toujours aussi bien, accueillant et gentil. L’endroit est très bien décoré.
Patrick Bergeot: Excellent endroit pour goûter des cocktails qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Mention spéciale à l'hymne de nos campagnes à base de gin, abricot et foin. Pour 11 euros, c'est une vraie découverte. En plus, les planches sont très bonnes.
Tristan Dausque: Bel accueil, des cocktails à tomber par terre, je recommande les cours de mixologie/bartending c'est super !
Isir Elor: Les cocktails sont bons. L'ambiance est sympathique quoique les assises sont peu confortables.Les planches sont bonnes mais peu fournies pour le prix. Globalement ce bar est cher.L'accueil manque de chaleur et le conseil est plutôt directif ce qui met mal à l'aise... L'impression de déranger quand on pose des questions.

Yann Romani: Je viens d'avoir l'occasion de faire la masterclass niveau 1. Devant vous, vous allez avoir affaire à un passionné. Quelqu'un qui sait de quoi il parle, quelqu'un de fier de ses accomplissements passé, présent et même futurs, un mec qui a travaillé dur pour en arriver là mais un vrai talent, une gentillesse inégalable, une envie de transmettre son amour pour la mixologie (parlez pas trop de ce terme il n'aime pas). 3 heures de cours avec 3 cocktails différents + explication des origines, des méthodes ancestrales, de l'évolution du cocktail depuis la prohibition jusqu'à nos jours. J'ai passé un réel moment de savoir-faire, merci infiniment à lui pour son travail et sa volonté de nous montrer à quel point son métier est un art.

Seb Mox: Lieu très sympa pour déguster un cocktail de qualité avec un personnel hautement qualifié pour vous faire découvrir de belles choses.Il y'avait un peu de monde lors de notre visite, d'où l'attente au service, mais bien rattrapée par la qualité des produits (cocktails joker et olanche italienne delicieuse).Je recommande.
Rémi Speybroek: Les cocktails sont de très bonnes qualités avec des idées très originales et une carte évolutive bien qu'il y ait quelques classiques qui restent à la carte ! Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Un peu déçu de la planche et du houmous tout de même.Les rénovations du lieu le rendent très réussi. Je recommande 👍
