France Dumoulin: Très belle gamme et accueil chaleureux. Vendeuse très professionnelle et agréable. Elle était à l’écoute et d’une grande aide. (je suis venue aux alentours de 13h le mardi 23 mai afin qu’elle puisse se reconnaître)
Elsa-Marie HANQUET: J’ai acheté 3 collants Calzedonia grâce à la promotion deux achetés, le 3 ème a -50%. J’ai bien été prise en charge par une vendeuse qui m’a conseillés sur les collants. Cependant arrivé chez moi j’ouvre le collant, je passe à peine ma main dedans qu’il s’effiloche à 3 endroits différents. J’y suis donc retournée et la vendeuse en caisse a accepté de me faire un avoir (pas de remboursement possible, ce que je ne trouve pas normal, surtout que je n’avais pas été mise au courant avant mon achat). Je mets tout de même 3 étoiles car j’ai apprécié le service client notamment lors du retour des collants. La vendeuse a été compréhensive. Cependant la qualité des collants n’est vraiment pas au rendez-vous pour le prix payé et une enseigne qui se définit comme « spécialiste » du collant.

Myriam Léonard: Je viens de sortir à l’instant du magasin très déçue et choquée de la façon dont cela s’est passé :Je vois une paire de collant que je souhaite acheter et au moment de passer en caisse apparement une erreur de prix sur le collant que j’avais vu affiché à un prix mais qui ne correspondait pas au prix réel de ce collant.Je peux comprendre qu’il y a une erreur mais le mieux est d’expliquer calmement les choses au lieu d’être dans l’affront direct avec la cliente.Au moment où je dis que j’ai besoin de réfléchir la vendeuse change de ton et n’est pas du tout contente que je ne paye pas directement et que je demande du temps pour réfléchir.Un conseil si quand un client ne vous achète pas un article directement évitez de vous énerver et d’être désagréable car vous allez juste perdre ce client qui gardera une mauvaise expérience de votre service client qui est franchement à revoir.
