Christian Bourges: A l'arrivée, on m'annonce que nous allons être surclasser avec une chambre plus grande. Mais ce sur classement se traduit par une chambre pour handicapés. Donc une salle de bain aménagée pour le handicap, avec une douche ouverte, avec ce que cela induit.A l'avenir j'éviterais cet hôtel.

Nadia Koenig: Hôtel propre, calme (alors qu'on était côté rue) et bien placé ( à côté du centre commercial et de la gare). Les réceptionnistes étaient très accueillants, gentils et souriants. Ils ont pris quelques minutes pour discuter et nous aidé à trouver un restaurant, une banque comme on le souhaitait. On a passé une superbe nuit. Pas de clim mais comme on est à Lille on peut comprendre. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de serviette pour s'essuyer les mains dans la salle de bain. Possibilité de laisser les bagages après le check-out pour pouvoir se promener. On retiendra surtout le professionnalisme et l'amabilité des réceptionnistes qui ont rendu ce séjour fort agréable. Du coup, on reviendra bientôt.
