Chloe Busch: I came to see mme. Sartorius because of my chronic back pain. I’ve tried so many things that haven’t worked so I wanted to try acupuncture. Because it was my first time, I expected mme. Sartorius to explain how things worked and what she was doing but she didn’t. She simply asked me questions and proceeded to tell me what to stop eating and what to stop doing in my life without explanation and without empathy. She also seemed very impatient as if she just wanted to get the appointment over with. When we started the treatment she didn’t explain anything that she was doing so I had a hard time feeling comfortable and relaxing. Once she put the acupuncture needles in she left the room and didn’t tell me when she would be coming back. I felt as if I was on my stomach for a half hour which felt long for me as it was my first time. I even tried to call out to Mme. Sartorius to ask her a question because I was seriously stressing out and she wasn’t even in the office so she didn’t hear me. Lastly, when she took the needles out and I got up I felt incredibly lightheaded and nauseous. I told her and she said it was fine and normal because I was in my stomach with no further explanation. I spent the whole walk home trying not to throw up. Overall, I believe that Mme. Sartorius knows what she’s doing but is lacking professionalism and empathy. Her office also smells heavily like smoke. All of it made my first experience with acupuncture very uncomfortable and not relaxing.

Migraineuse depuis l’adolescence, je me suis bombardée de médicaments en tout genre, triptan, et divers traitements de fond, suivi chez les neurologues , et rien n’y faisait, j’avais des migraines de plus en plus fréquentes , quasi toutes les semaines et certaines qui ne me lâchaient pas pendant plusieurs jours avec différents symptômes tels que troubles de la vue, vomissements , vertiges etc J’ai consulté Mme Sartorius il y a deux mois , et ma vie a changé ! Eugénie Mille: J'ai consulté Mme Sartorius pour une 1er expérience en acuponcture, je souffrais du canal carpien au niveau de la main durant plus de la moitié de ma grossesse.. ça s'est transformé en douleur tendinite suite à l'accouchement, je pensais que ça allait s'estomper mais non ! Même l'ostéo n'y pouvait pas grand chose...Quelques jours après la 1er séance je sentais déjà plus de mobilité dans mes mouvements plus de douleurs aussi vives...J'ai eu un 2eme rdv pour accompagner la guérison qui est presque complète 👍
