J'avais pourtant appelé voyant que le statut de ma commande n'avançait pas. De là je demande un remboursement par téléphone. J'appel toutes les semaines pendant un mois mais rien ne se passe mon dossier est à la compta. Au bout de 8 semaines j'ai un responsable qui me dit qu'il faut envoyer un mail pour se faire rembourser ça fait quand même un mois que je demande et personne ne m'avait prévenu malgré mes 3 appels. Puis comptez environs 1 mois pour vous faire rembourser. Donc pas la pièce, pas de maj de stock fiable, pas une bonne communication, pas rapide= plus de commande chez eux.
