C'était un cadeau de Noël. J'ai donc demandé au SAV d'obtenir cette pièce, on m'a demandé d'attendre février pour l'obtenir. En mars toujours rien, on m'annonce qu'ils n'en ont pas et me proposent de renvoyer le meuble. C'est honteux! Nous voici en mai toujours avec un cadeau de Noël incomplet. Lamentable!

Ensuite j’ai interrogé la jeune vendeuse pourquoi cette demande ne s’adresse qu’à moi , tandis qu’il y a d’autres clients avec leur sac, ils n’ont pas fait l’objet de cette demande.Sa réponse “c’est pour ne pas que vous soyez encombré”.
