Tom Pro: Dès que je suis rentré, après m'avoir dit bonjour, le vendeur s'est foutu de moi discrètement : il a imité ma demarche pour faire rire l'autre vendeuse qui était présente. Déjà que le magasin est souvent vide, ce genre de comportement puéril et non professionnel ne risque pas d'attirer/fidéliser la clientèle. Pour ma part, je ne reviendrai plus.

Camille Genestier: 2 étoiles car belle boutique, bons conseils du vendeur qui est super disponible et articles de bonne qualité. Le hic, c'est que l'on ne s'est pas compris avec le vendeur lors de l'achat. Etant allée seule en magasin pour offrir 1 short pour mon conjoint, j'en avais pris 2 pour qu'il puisse essayer, choisir à la maison celui qu'il préférait et ramener celui qu'il aimait moins pour un remboursement... Les 2 ne plaisant pas à mon conjoint, je décide de retourner en boutique les rendre pour un remboursement.. et on me dit que les remboursements ne sont pas possibles, seulement un échange peut m'être accordé. Ne venant en boutique que très rarement (voire jamais), je me suis sentie bloquée à devoir acheter en boutique. Moi qui voulait offrir seulement 1 short à la base, je me suis retrouvée avec un avoir de 100 euros (prix de 2 shorts) à devoir débourser chez eux. J'ai dû donc retourner avec mon conjoint pour acheter un short et un jean qu'il n'avait pas nécessairement besoin. J'aurai bien utilisé cet argent pour autre chose. Bref, tout ça pour dire que la prochaine fois, je vous en conjure, soyez plus clair lorsque l'on passe en caisse. Parce que jamais je n'aurai acheté en boutique sans mon conjoint si pas de remboursement possible. Dites bien que vous faites des avoirs et non des remboursements pour éviter ces situations gênantes et décevantes.
