Wir wurden platziert und die Bedienung hat und freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass es etwas dauern kann, da viele Gäste gerade gekommen sind. Es war aber alle im Rahmen, wir hatten rund 10 Min. gewartet und konnten in Ruhe unser Frühstück aussuchen, das Essen kam schnell und war lecker und wir haben auf Nachfrage zusätzlich Konfitüre bekommen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß und das Ambiente rustikal. Wir hatten rundum ein gutes Erlebnis.

Allez chez « Q de bouteille » en face, même tarif et de la qualité. Arrêtez de vivre sur vos acquis et votre notoriété. Bougez vous et proposez autre chose à vos client que vos assiettes ratés et immangeables. C’est cracher à la figure de votre clientèle.Les serveuses étaient par contre très sympas et compréhensive. There was also some kind of melted cheese and some meat which was especially tasteless. I was left with a feeling that I'm either munching on the food offered at the airport lounge or just made myself a few sandwiches at home because I didn't have much time to spend before running on some kind of an errand.So, as other people said, if you are like desperate to eat something and don't care what, while everything else is booked or closed or destroyed by atomic war - yeah for sure, go here for a lunch. But otherwise, there's like really no reason at all. The place is boring and indeed lacks imagination, what they apparently are trying to sell as 'simple and organic'. Simple doesn't have to be boring as death.

Valentin Dedrie: Je suis allé mangé au Fleur le 3 juin 2023 au soir. C’était à l’occasion d’un anniversaire, nous étions 13 au total. L’endroit est plutôt sympa, rien à dire. J’ai commandé le trio de tartare en formule plat-dessert(sans boisson). Une formule à 29€, prix plutôt correct. Je mange mon premier tartare, tout va bien. Arrive le deuxième tartare, en mangeant ce dernier j’ai retrouvé un morceau de plastique assez grand et surtout assez pointu. Je ne veux pas imaginer si je l’avais avalé. Suite à ça, j’appelle directement le chef de salle (soixantaine d’années, grisonnant avec une moustache). Il vient à notre table, il récupère le morceau de plastique et part en cuisine. Pas un mot, pas une excuse. J’ai du l’interpeller pour demander des comptes, il m’a dit qu’on verrait à la fin du repas. Suite à cela, appétit coupé, je n’ai pas terminé mon assiette. Ce monsieur ne m’a meme pas proposé de remplacer mon assiette, car selon lui j’avais mangé les 3/4 du plat. À la fin du repas le chef de salle envoie un de ses employés à notre table. Il me dit « on vous fait 10% sur votre formule ». 10% sur une formule à 29€, c’est un peu se moquer du monde. Je suis donc allé voir directement ce monsieur. On avait une table de 13 personnes, commandé plusieurs bouteilles de vin, etc… Me proposer 10% (2,90€ sur le formule), c’était un peu la goute d’eau qui a fait déborder le vase. Au final j’ai eu -25% toujours sur ma formule, mais bon, en bataillant avec lui pendant 5min. Bref fuyez ce restaurant, ce n’était pas un comportement professionnel.

Specifically, I looked at the few negative reviews received and the responses from the manager of this account. I admired that the restaurant stands up for their food, as the reality is that the customer does not necessarily always have to be right.I had a 3-course meal, and simply put it was of high-quality, well presented and delicious. You can easily notice that they really care about their food here.The starter was light and flavorful, the Welsh was generous and outstanding, and it is impossible to forget about the dessert which was the recommendation of the chef. Fantastic.As for the service, I was treated very well, and the servers had no issue speaking English.If I ever get the chance to come back to Lille, there is no doubt that I will be returning to this place!

Ryan Knowles: When you pay 4.70 for a coffee you expect something half decent but the coffee I had from this place was really bad. I had a flat white but the milk wasn't foamed properly and the coffee just didn't taste nice. I was offered another coffee but as the staff didn't seem to see the problem with the coffee they served me I decided not to bother.

It’s a small espresso bar with limited tables, but it gives cozy living room vibes. The staff was really nice and are able to speak fairly good English. We had the avoc toast and eggslut which were really tasty. Would definitely recommend to go here if you want a nice lunch!

Giuliana Vacca: A lovely place for lunch. It was a little crowded on Saturday, but we got in within 20-25 minutes. They did seat people who got there after us, so that was a tad annoying. But the food and drink made up for. And the all staff is genuinely so nice. The matcha latte was so so good, with oat milk it's so creamy. The shakshuka was also really good and flavorful. I really would come back again.
Eugenie: Super busy and packed when I visited over a weekend, but baristas are very kind and coffees satisfying. Depending on when you visit, there may be a queue or would have to resort to sitting outside, but still one of the best cafes I’ve been to in Lille.
