Par respect envers toutes personnes lisant ce commentaire (et de vos convives), je vous recommande chaudement d'éviter cet endroit et de réaliser une tarte aux pommes par respect envers vos convives, ils n'en seront que plus heureux !Edit suite à réponse : Bonjour, je vois qu'effectivement les ingrédients sont plutôt basiques, c'est d'autant plus incompréhensible. Le temps de mise à température ambiante a été respecté, ce n'est pas ça le souci. Suite à mon commentaire, une personne m'a contacté par peur pour son gâteau de mariage, elle a quand même essayé et m'a indiqué que le weeding cake était "passable" le jour J (pour un mariage, passable c'est...) et le lendemain, immangeable. Vous pouvez donc rajouter à votre message lors du passage qu'il faut impérativement tout manger le jour même lors du retrait du gâteau, ne surtout pas essayer de le conserver un jour. Et non merci pour revenir, c'est quand même gentil de proposer.

Nicolas “Nico”: Je cherchais une pâtisserie qui fasse des Number cake pour les 70 ans de ma maman et après recherche j'ai vu que la boulangerie Mathieu le proposait, une seule photo sur leur site.Je suis donc venu hier matin récupérer le Number cake commandé, avec une grosse appréhension car pas sur du bon choix, et j'ai essayé de contenir mon écœurement lorsque j'ai vu le gâteau arriver (je n'ai rien dit sur place pour ne pas faire scandale et que je tenais à rester zen car jour de fête), d'une il ne ressemblait absolument pas à ce qui est présenté sur le site (photo du 6) il était censé y avoir des fruits rouges, et il n'y avait que des framboises, le 7 était mal fait (un 7 n'a pas de barre au centre !!) et le gâteau était complètement instable et irrégulier, les pphysallis ça fait très bas de gamme et personne n'aime ça en plus, la génoise manquait de cuisson. Quand à la taille c'est tout simplement de l'escroquerie, c'était pour 20 et il était petit. Bref 118€ (oui oui 118€) pour ça c'est scandaleux. J'aurais mieux fait de m'en tenir à la recommandation qu'on m'avait fait sur une autre personne. Lorsqu'on ne sait pas faire on évite de proposer des produits d'une qualité plus que médiocre au résultat deceptif, surtout pour une pâtisserie qui se dit de renom !Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cette boulangerie/pâtisserie et me ferai plus jamais avoir.conclusion : suivre les recommandations qu'on vous fait, alors si vous cherchez à faire un Number cake...surtout n'allez pas à la boulangerie Mathieu.
