LETTAT Siham: Un véritable menteur. En fait il fait croire qu'il fait un prix sur un truc de sorte à gagner votre confiance pour ensuite pigeonner sur un autre truc. J'ai payé pour qu'il remplacé un de mes feu. Sur la facture il indique 8 feu changé alors qu'il en a changé qu'un que j'ai du acheté moi même. Quand je lui demandé ce qu'il avait fait, rien à voire avec la facture.

I have been collecting my parcels from Universel Pneus for 2 years, several times a week and I have never had to complain about damaged parcels. How can we judge them on one occasion when the package can travel all over France, outside the border, and therefore several relay points and say that it is the fault of the last one if the package is damaged when they are only receiving ? It's so little thought out and I tell myself that because of comments like this, they can lose customers... I'm going to pick up a package there now and I'll let them know of my gratitude because we don't say them enough compliments today and attacks have become commonplace and overheard.

loriau seb: Un garage très honnête.Je suis venu en pensant avoir un soucis de courroie accessoire donc ai demandé qu’ils la changent (voiture d’occasion dans historique donc je ne savais pas de quand datait le remplacement de la courroie). Ils ont pris la voiture ont vérifié l’état de la courroie et m’ont dit qu’elle était nickel et ne m’ont rien facturé. Ils auraient pu profiter de mon inquiétude et de mon manque de connaissances pour me facturer un changement de courroie comme beaucoup d’autres garages auraient fait. Mais non. Je pense qu’ils sont honnêtes et comptent sur la fidélité des clients satisfaits, ils sont experts en pièces détachées et ont donc l’habitude de travailler avec des clients qui s’y connaissent en automobile.Je retournerai chez eux, j’ai confiance en eux et c’est rare d’avoir confiance en son garagiste hahaAllez y les yeux fermés
