Tiphaine GLOAGUEN: Client chez eux depuis 2018, nous étions initialement très satisfaits de leur intervention et prestations.Malheureusement, suite à un changement d'intervenant en 2020, nous avons pendant plus d'un an effectué des signalements et malgré cela aucune proposition d'amélioration possible...Lors d'absence de l'intervenant, nous sommes régulièrement informés à la dernière minute (voir pas du tout), et par moment sans capacité de remplacement. Nous sommes ici un établissement de santé, avec des obligations sanitaire.C'est pour ces raisons que nous avons pis la décision de mettre fin à notre contrat des prestations.Espérant que ce commentaire permette une remise en question de l'organisation en interne.
