Réservation effectué sur le site du parking.Arrivé sur place un panneau bois indique de nous diriger sur le parking P6.Sur le P6 le code de réservation ne fonctionne pas sur les bornes réservé au réservation. Nous essayons de contacter une personne via le bouton sur la borne (aucune réponse a 3 reprise) tentative sur la dernière borne ou rien n'était indiqué cela a fonctionné. Ensuite appel de la navette qui n'est jamais venu! Nous sommes allé à pied a l'aéroport l'endroit est bien borné pour les piétons.Situation très stressante avant de prendre le vol... A cela ajouter des bouchons ! Bref ... Mauvais moment !

Alejandro Robles: Large, well maintained parking. Live the size of the parking places, they are the biggest I've ever encountered, so no worries about your neighbouring cars damaging yours by accident. Only thing is that is like a serpentine (deep one)and if you don't recall where you left your car you'll spend time looking for your car.

Sona Ouch: Payée 0.90 cts alors que je ne suis pas restée 1 minute, c'est chaud pour ne pas dire honteux. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Il est très cher. Heureusement que je ne suis pas restée plus longtempsAller au parking Euralille westfield, vous allez payer moins cher et surtout le parking est très spacieux. (Sur 2 étages)

Il a appuyé sur le bouton d'aide pour accéder au parking (le ticket était avec moi). Il a gentiment demandé d'ouvrir la porte l'homme qui a répondu a dit: "elle n'a qu'à venir vous ouvrir" et lui a raccroché au nez. Cela fait-il partie de la procédure de raccrocher au nez des clients? Vu le prix qu'on paye on s'attend à un minimum de respect. La satisfaction client est elle importante chez effia?

T V: Prices are a lot cheaper than at the shopping centre but two things to keep in mind: the spaces are very narrow with a lot of concrete beams. And you cannot get back in without your ticket! We left ours in the car so we wouldn’t lose it and had to wait for someone to come out of the car park so we could get in.

Tony DESASY: Le parking est facile d'accès. Vous avancez avec votre voiture vers la persienne métallique et elle s'ouvre comme un sésame! L'intérieur est spacieux, propre et bien orienté par la signalétique. Idéal pour prendre le train.
J H: On a acheté notre stationnement en avance sur internet. Arrivé le jour J, la barrière a reconnu notre plaque et s'est ouverte. Pensez cependant bien à prendre le ticket, il vous permettra de passer par les portes piétonnes au retour (ne pas laisser le ticket dans la voiture) et d'ouvrir la barrière de sortie si votre plaque n'est pas reconnue. Il y a un espace privé pour quelques euros de + lors de la réservation (juste séparé par des barrières, les piétons peuvent tous y accéder. Son intérêt est d'être proche de la sortie piétonne de la gare, mais le parking n'est de toute facon pas très grand). Seul bémol si vous avez un grand véhicule, les places sont étroites.
