Philippe Houdelet: Deux rendez-vous annulés 5 min après l'heure du rendez-vous en expliquant qu'il n'avez pas vu l'adresse et comme il n'est pas à côté soit il peut pas venir soit il sera pas là avant un moment.Passez votre chemin car cela confirme votre réputation. N'oubliez pas que le commercial s'appelle Victor et plusieurs fois cité dans les avis depuis plus d'un an mais toujours là soit c'est le fils soit c'est le neveu...

Damien de Blignieres: Une equipe de déménageurs au top, qui se démènent pour faire leur job du mieux qu'ils peuvent... malgré un management ou un service commercial qui ne les aide pas! Nous avons du traiter avec un certain "Victor" de l'agence de Lomme qui n'est pas du tout professionnel. Cela doit etre le meme que pour les avis du dessous!!!Mon scooter etait supposé etre "livré en décalé 2j apres le camion" ... et apres avoir tenté de le joindre de nombreuses fois, le commercial ne sait pas bien ou il est et ne sera pas la dans les 10prochains jours. Apres plusieurs échanges (et jours), le monsieur ne sait toujours pas me dire quand il sera disponible ... et surtout ne suit plus le dossier ("vous allez etre appelé par les personnes de Bayonne quand votre scooter sera la, moi j'ai fait mon job... votre scooter n'est pas ma priorité".Je suis outré par ce comportement de leur service commerciale, alors que les hommes qui font et portent le déménagement sont extrêmement serviable et bons!Passez votre chemin si vous croisez Victor!
