Dépaysement total, propreté au rendez vous, décoration soignée.Des explications claires et concises sur le fonctionnement du jacuzzi et sur les divers services puis nous voilà plongés dans deux heures de détente totale hors du temps.Nous avons adorés la petite attention de la corbeille de fruit et des deux bouteilles d eau fraîche.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😁

C’est sympa et bien décoré.Le personnel à l’entrée est agréable et bienveillant.Par contre la partie restaurant est à éviter. Je n’ai jamais vu ça.On a pris à la formule à 35 euros chacun. A ce prix là ce doit être parfait normalement. Mais en vrai c’était une catastrophe. Il est 20h10. On choisit différentes entrées mais au final on nous sert ce qu’il reste en cuisine sans nous prévenir. Bon soit on fait avec. Nous sommes encore avec les couverts à la main et la serveuse nous demande si on a terminé. On dit que non.On choisit nos tajines agneaux et elle revient avec du poulet. On lui demande de changer. Elle accepte. Impossible de voir nos assiettes car il fait trop sombre. Soit c’est l’ambiance qui veut ça. On nous sert quelques grammes de semoules. Vite fini on en redemande, la serveuse dit qu’elle vient de tout jeter car elle va fermer sa cuisine. On passe outre ok. Ensuite le dessert elle nous dit qu’il nous reste 10 min pour manger car elle va fermer. Et plus de thé disponible pour boire avec. Et elle commence à nettoyer tout autour de nous dans le restaurant en bougeant les meubles etc. Il est 21h10. Agacés, on a emballé nos pâtisseries dans des serviettes et nous sommes partis. A ce prix là j’aurais aimé partager un super moment avec ma femme. À l’accueil ils ont été compréhensifs surtout que c’est arrivé à l’autre couple aussi présent.Nous ne retournerons plus jamais là bas.Bien à vous,

Johanna Mancini: Nous avons réservé l'espace spa pour 6 pour une evjf. C'était top. Ambiance feutré, cocktail (sans alcool) petites friandises et enceinte bluetooth à disposition. Jacuzzi, hammam sauna et piscine. Pas trop chloré. Le jet de chaleur du hammam est un peu trop bruyant et la douche pas pratique à régler. Mais super moment!! Pensez peur être à prendre des tongues de bain...
Mona Hamdi: Super accueil. Nous avons passé un super moment ( spa vip privatif ) la température de l’eau était parfaite que ce soit dans le jacuzzi et la piscine. Accueil avec un bon cocktail , mise à disposition du démaquillant c’est super j’avais oublié le mien 😉
Dupond Orane: Super expérience, j'y suis allée avec une amie pour un cadeau qu'on m'avait offert. Super accueil, les locaux sont propres, tout est à disposition, vraiment je recommande et je reviendrai ;). Merci !

Elisa Renaut: Nous avions réservé le spa privatif vipA notre arrivée , le personnel ne semblait pas avoir préparer notre rendez-vous. Nous avons eu la surprise de croiser les clients juste avant nous dans les escaliers qui mène au spa. A se demander si cela a était nettoyer .. Nous avons retrouver une boule de cheveux dans la piscine. Les explications concernant le fonctionnement du matériel était assez expéditif , impossible de régler l’enceinte Bluetooth.Dans l’ensemble nous avons passer un bon moment. Selon nous l’hygiène est tout de même à revoir au vu du prix des prestations.
Christelle Seu: Venues pour un anniversaire entre sœurs. Séléna et Pauline sont super gentilles et efficaces. Des doigts en or pour notre massage crânien. Spa très agréable aussi dans une cave en briques apparentes. On y retourne des que possible. Merciiii

Thia Dupont: Déçue.Les + : espace grand et aéré, grand jaccuzi, et sauna bien chaud.Les - : hammam ne chauffe pas même après 1h ! Les serviettes sont petites et défraîchies ressemblant à des torchons, pas de bouteille ou carafe d'eau, rien à grignoter, les jets du jaccuzi manquent de puissance à mon goût, l'accueil mériterait d'être plus chaleureux, et les installations préparées avant le rdv.Le prix groupon est correcte mais personnellement je ne paierais pas le prix initial.
Mel Di: Je recommande cet établissement. Nous avons réalisé un soin cocooning en duo. Au top ! Douceur et discrétion des masseuses fort appréciées. Relaxation assurée dans une ambiance ultra zen. Expérience prolongée par le matelas hydrojets très appréciable. Propreté 👍🏻 je n'ai pas visité le spa toutefois.

Delphine Prigent: Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec mon mari dans cet établissement. Un grand merci à Marie et Inès qui se sont occupées de nous tout le long de la prestation. Leurs massages étaient très agréables.La personne de l’accueil est également très professionnelle et très accueillante.Néanmoins, petit bémol sur l’entretien global du lieu. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, très peu de vapeur dans le hammam et l’odeur d’humidité n’était pas très agréable.Avec un tout petit peu plus d’entretien, cet endroit serait super!

Nous avons dû terminer la séance sans musique d’ambiance avec les télés allumées sur un message d’erreur.Nous avons été également dérangés au beau milieu de notre séance par la personne en charge du spa pour nous faire valider la réservation (chose qui n’a pas été faite au début

C’est un cadeau que nous avons eu pour Noël et à faire avant le 12 février pas de date possible en janvier et pas de réponse pour février. De plus a faire uniquement en semaine donc il faut être vraiment disponible et ne pas travailler.Très déçu alors que sa aurait était une première pour moi et mon compagnon comment faire confiance à des enseignes.
