Lii Surmont: Dommage, on a du faire un aller retour dans le vent car il fallait le ticket de caisse papier et la preuve numérique ne suffisait pas. A l'heure où tous les commerçants demande si on veut son ticket par soucis de gaspillage de papier, il serait temps de vous poser des questions. D'autant plus qu'il n'est spécifié nul part ni sur le site, ni par SMS ou mail qu'il faut absolument le ticket. Néanmoins la dame de l'accueil nous a gentillement expliquer la procédure en prenant note de notre mécontentement et en le remontant car nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir eu ce problèmeUpdate: Suite à votre réponse, j'ai bien un compte ikea family mais une preuve d'achat sur mon téléphone n'était pas recevable.
