Marie Frammery (MJ): Lieu dépaysant et très agréable. Petit coin de paradis à Lille où on y mange très bien. Carte avec pas trop de choix qui en dit long sur la qualité des produits.Je recommande ce lieu.

Fatal Almanach: Je voulais que ma nièce decouvre cet endroit de Lille que j'ai tant aimé par le passé.Déjà, faire la queue pour manger n'est jamais agréable mais passons. Ensuite, le placier installe tout le monde à l'abri, car il pleut. Sauf nous. Quand je lui fais remarquer qu'il pleut, il ne trouve rien d'autre à dire que "ce sont des choses qui arrivent". Franchement, j'ai le sens de l'humour mais quand on va depenser du fric quelque part, on s'attend à un minimum de respect. Btef, nous sommes parties aussi sec (et un peu mouillées).

J Ru: Wir haben durch Zufall an einem Samstag Abend die super lange Schlange vor dem Restaurant gesehen und uns einfach mal angestellt. Wir haben ca 20 Minuten gewartet, aber dass hat sich gelohnt. Scheinbar kann man nicht reservieren und daher bildet sich die Schlange.Das Essen war gut. Die Portionen waren enorm. Da unser Essen relativ schwer war, viel es uns nicht leicht alles zu essen und wir mussten leider ein paar Sachen zurückgehen lassen.Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist gemütlich und man sitzt relativ eng nebeneinander.Der Service war super freundlich und hat auch mein nicht perfektes französisch versucht mit Geduld zu verstehen.Vegetarian options: Wenn man sehr gerne Käse ist, kann man vegetarische essen, sonst ist es eher nicht geeignet.

Sarah Croset: Un très bel endroit qui a été rénové avec goût au cœur de la rue Royale ! On ne se doute pas que ce bâtiment cache une aussi jolie terrasse à l’arrière, loin des bruits de la rue. La cuisine est raffinée, le service aux petits soins… un restaurant où il fait bon vivre, parfait pour se retrouver en tête à tête !

Khephren: 3eme fois que j'y déjeune. Les 2 premières peu après l'ouverture étaient parfaites, avec un accueil et un service aux petits soins. Vraiment. La dernière cette semaine... quelle déception sur l'accueil et le service ! J'en ai tellement fait de la publicité jusqu'à présent, je nuancerai fortement dorénavant. La cuisine est toujours au top.

Jérémy D.: Ma réponse à votre message : Vous avez vous-même affirmé que cela « arrivait tous les jours », donc posez-vous les bonnes questions au lieu de vous cacher derrière le système de réservation dont vous savez qu’il n’est ps fiable et que vous avez vous-même choisi.Gestion d’amateurs et mauvaise foi au menu.Nous avions réservé une table pour 6 pour ce soir sur le site web.N’ayant pas de confirmation écrite, nous avons tenté en vain de les contacter à de très multiples reprises, par téléphone et par mail.À notre arrivée, on nous indique que nous n’avons aucune réservation.Devant notre surprise, on nous indique que le site web n’est pas fiable (« ça nous arrive tous les soirs ! »), on nous reproche d’avoir tenté de les appeler pendant les heures d’ouverture (« ah oui mais si vous appelez pendant le service aussi… ») et enfin de les avoir contactés par mail « à la dernière minute ».On nous a très clairement fait comprendre qu’il n’y avait « aucune solution » et qu’ils ne « pousseraient pas les murs ».Nous sommes donc repartis, la déception est grande et nous ne retenterons certainement pas notre chance.Cet accueil est lamentable, indigne d’une adresse haut de gamme et à des années lumière des restaurants réputés de Lille qui se donnent les moyens de leurs ambitions (ou plutôt « prétentions » dans ce cas).

Charlotte Cocquyt: Malheureusement, je ne peux pas commenter la cuisine, car je n’ai pas pu y goûter. Mais je souhaiterais faire part de ma déception quant à l’accueil qui nous a été réservé. Après avoir lu un article élogieux sur ce restaurant, appréciant la cuisine gastronomique, je décide d’effectuer une réservation via le site internet environ trois semaines avant ma venue, en complétant mes coordonnées bancaires comme demandé. Quatre jours avant ma venue, j’ai souhaité contacter l’établissement afin de demander s’il était possible d’avoir une table en terrasse. Je me suis alors rendue compte que je n’avais pas reçu de mail de confirmation lors de ma réservation. Je tente d’appeler à plusieurs reprises en vain, je décide donc d’envoyer de suite un mail via le formulaire le contact. N’ayant toujours aucune réponse, je tente de rappeler l’établissement à plusieurs reprises, jusqu’à la date de réservation, en vain. Le soir même, lors de mon arrivée, on m’indique que la réservation n’a pas été prise en compte. On m’indique également que le site n’est pas fiable et que « ça arrive tous les soirs ». On s’empresse de me dire qu’il n’y a aucune solution. J’indique tout de même que j’ai tenté d’appeler à plusieurs reprises, on me répond que si j’ai appelé pendant les jours de fermeture, c’est normal, je répond que ça n’est pas le cas, alors on me rétorque « Ah oui mais si vous appelez pendant le service aussi… ». J’indique également avoir envoyé un message via le formulaire, on me répond « impossible, j’ai tout traité. Ah non, sauf ceux du samedi » (c’est à dire quatre jours auparavant). On me presse vers la sortie en me répétant que de tout façon, on ne me trouvera pas de solution… je suis sortie, choquée par l’antipathie de ces personnes (qui me semblent être les responsables) et par le manque de considération qu’ils ont pour leurs clients. Des excuses et une proposition de réservation pour une prochaine fois auraient été je pense la moindre des choses. Je trouve dommage d’exercer un métier au contact des clients lorsque visiblement la sympathie ne fait pas partie de ses qualités…

C T: Probablement un restaurant de qualité (gustativement, car concernant le service et le standing ça ne mérite même pas qu'on s'y attarde). Dommage qu'en arrivant on nous reproche de ne pas disposer de réservation en dépit de notre empreinte bancaire. Pas même un geste ou une proposition de réservation pour compenser leur incurie.Pathétique
