Sophie Erre: Honteux. Problème en caisse avec mon bon d achat (valable QUE 3 mois). Problème informatique... soit disant. Impossible de faire la remise. Dommage car de bons conseils en magasin!!!!
Philippine: Peu de choix au niveau des harnais pour chien. Idem pour les laisses. Quand j'ai demandé si il avait deux laisses du même modèle, on m'a à peine répondu... Quand j'ai demandé s'ils allaient en recevoir, on m'a répondu "je ne sais pas" très sèchement. J'ai alors demandé si on pouvait commander, on m'a dit "bah non".Personnel assez désagréable et qui ne cherche pas à apporter son aide.Malgré tout, il y avait pas mal de choix au niveau des friandises et des pâtés (bien que très cher!).Je suis assez mitigée et je ne reviendrai sûrement pas, je préfère d'autres animaleries.
