ADCC: Extrêmement déçu !!! Avec ma compagne , nous nous sommes rendu dans ce restaurant hier soir : le 04/02/2023 . Arriver à 21h00 la serveuse nous accompagne à la salle du bas pour nous installer sur l'une des tables disponnible . Au premier regard , le plafond juste au dessus de nous était rempli de moisissure . Au bout de 20mn serveuse ( enfin si on peut appeler ça une serveuse ) très désagréable ce décide enfin de prendre notre commande et nous dépose sur la table 2 morceaux de pain que je pense pas frais du tout accompagner de sauce pas très fraiche non plus . 1h après notre arrivée toujours pas servis même pour les boissons elle n'a pas était capable de nous les servire . Nous avons donc décidé de partir de ce restaurant qui pour moi est catastrophique avec des avis sur les reseau qui me laisse perplex ( écrit par les employés eux mêmes ou par des personnes qui n'ont jamais manger ailleur ) .

A real pleasure to taste these dishes bringing together products from the 4 corners of the world, to make a successful and colorful alliance of flavors. This diversity of flavors is also reflected in the presentation, which some may find messy, but which suits me perfectly. The value for money is good and above all the service is friendly and very good advice for wine. Valentin Dedrie: I ate at Fleur on June 3, 2023 in the evening. It was on the occasion of a birthday, we were 13 in total. The place is quite nice, nothing to say. I ordered the trio of tartare as a main course and dessert (without drink). A formula at 29€, rather correct price. I eat my first tartare, everything is fine. The second tartare arrives, while eating this last one I found a piece of plastic quite large and above all quite pointed. I don't want to imagine if I had swallowed it. Following that, I directly call the head of the room (60 years old, graying with a mustache). He comes to our table, he retrieves the piece of plastic and goes to the kitchen. Not a word, not an apology. I had to call him to ask for accounts, he told me that we would see at the end of the meal. Following this, appetite cut, I did not finish my plate. This gentleman did not even offer to replace my plate, because according to him I had eaten 3/4 of the dish. At the end of the meal the head waiter sends one of his employees to our table. He tells me "we'll give you 10% off your formula". 10% on a formula at 29€, it's a bit to make fun of the world. So I went directly to this gentleman. We had a table of 13 people, ordered several bottles of wine, etc… Offering me 10% (€2.90 on the formula), it was a bit of a straw that broke the camel’s back. In the end I still had -25% on my formula, but hey, fighting with him for 5min. In short flee this restaurant, it was not a professional behavior.

Specifically, I looked at the few negative reviews received and the responses from the manager of this account. I admired that the restaurant stands up for their food, as the reality is that the customer does not necessarily always have to be right.I had a 3-course meal, and simply put it was of high-quality, well presented and delicious. You can easily notice that they really care about their food here.The starter was light and flavorful, the Welsh was generous and outstanding, and it is impossible to forget about the dessert which was the recommendation of the chef. Fantastic.As for the service, I was treated very well, and the servers had no issue speaking English.If I ever get the chance to come back to Lille, there is no doubt that I will be returning to this place!

Dani Moon: The food was really incredible, but the whole thing took far too long.We (as a party of 2) ordered the 7 course menu but all in all there are actually about 10 courses when you include aperitifs and pre dessert etc. We were there over 3 and a half hours, we were eating fast but there was often 30-40 minutes between courses making it feel very slow and long and not the standard I expected from a restaurant like this. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.
