No one picks up, I find this unacceptable for a supplier of electrical materials .....I made the first quote with the gentleman, why didn't I put this famous plate???? You are a supplier and you must be able to anticipate things, I don't know that Legrand didn't provide this pierced plate....In addition, what's the point of putting a 0328..... if no one picks up.....I am disappointed because no professionalism.Advice did not arrive at 11:45 am because we will promise you nothing in return!!!!!Result of the races, my client is impacted, I cannot continue my work ....... thank you rexel
ED PE: Extremely expensive professional supplier for 100m of R2V 3G 2 5 mm wire, I got it for 117 € 23 including tax for the same thing at Leroy Merlin I got it for 70 € including tax how to explain the difference of 47 €23 ? it's shameful go and explain that to the customer afterwards when we invoice them... one thing is sure I will never come back to supply myself with you again you are way too expensive and I would advise against anyone who wants to come to your house...!

Damien RODRIGO-TRILLO: Très mauvaise expérience, ocordo nous a mis en relation avec une entreprise de maçonnerie incompétente, réalisant un travail de mauvaise qualité (cloisons pas droites, murs pas étanches…). Rassurant avant la signature des devis mais au final les devis étaient incomplets malgré plusieurs visites de chantier préalables, les entreprises n’avaient pas l’habitude de travailler ensemble contrairement à ce que l’on nous avait promis et n’étaient pas toutes compétentes ce qui a engendré plusieurs problèmes durant le chantier.

Ils nous ont présenté 4 entreprises. L'entreprise "maitre d’œuvre" ou présenté comme telle a été incapable de mener à bien sa mission, se considérant elle même comme : coordination et planning sans responsabilité de maitrise. Le maçon n'avait pas l'intension de respecter son devis. Il a été violant lors des réunions de chantier. Ocordo sollicité à plusieurs reprise ne s'est pas senti concerné par ce désastre. Je tiens à la disposition de vos demandes, le rapport d'un expert en bâtiment indépendant sur notre chantier. J'espère que notre aventure et cet avis vous incitera à passer votre chemin et évitera tous les problèmes que nous avons à gérer aujourd'hui.Et pas la peine à Ocordo de dire que vous nous appellerez = vous le le faites pas…Vous vous justifiez en mettant cela sur votre page pour vous faire bien voir des internautes puis vous mettez un avis 4 ⭐️ pour « effacer » ce commentaire…C’est affligeant de votre part !!!

jonathan lefrancq: I called on Ocordo 5 years ago to renovate the facade of my home in Lille, redo all the electricity, fit out the cellar and make a wooden terrace of around 15m2. 22,592 euros later, and a year after installation, the terrace has continued to be destroyed. The wooden planters installed by the company fell one after the other, then the blades. I alerted Ocordo a few months after the installation, who told me to contact the company that did the work, which had shut down in the meantime. Same with their insurance. Ocordo says he is not responsible because it is a subcontractor who carried out the work but this subcontractor was proposed to me by ocordo, so it seems unfair not to take his share of responsibility.
