D’un ton très désagréable elle me dit « Il y a des feuilles au tabac heinnn », alors je n’ai pas compris sur le coup et je lui repose la question. Elle hausse la voix comme quoi il y aurai des feuilles au TABAC et au relais. Je lui demande simplement où ce trouve le relais rien de mal. Très soûlée alors que j’ai demandé qu’un simple renseignement, me cite au fond à droite. (wow très précis tout ça !) Je lui demande de me montrer plus précisément et elle m’envoie bouler. Je suis littéralement MINEUR. Une feuille blanche c’est une feuille de tabac pour vous? Les jeunes sont réduit à ça je suppose ? Je devais envoyer une lettre pour une AMIE. Je le prend très très mal. Même les parisiens sont beaucoup plus agréables. Sachez que vous ne reverrai plus pendant un très long moment. Vraiment pitoyable et j’espère ne plus jamais la revoir. Peut être que comme ça, ca n’a l’air de rien mais je vous assure que sur le coup c’était très moyen de sa part.

Lily Packalen: Why can't I give it a 0/5 stars? This train station was not up to standard. First of all there is two train stations next to each other with a 10min walk in between, who came up with that? Not only that, but there were no logic signs that showed the way. Second of all the train station is not completely indoors which makes it cold and pigeons can fly in. Third of all you have to pay 1€ for the toilet. They give you a 1€ coupon to spend in their gift shop. (Yes I'm not lying the toilet had a gift shop.) You think "oh great, I can now get a smiley toilet plushy" until you see that it costs 8€ + your 1€ coupon, you get a slimmer of hope when you find 7 coupons lying around in the toilets but then they tell you that you can only use one coupon per purchase which means for even the cheapest thing you would have to pay 1€ + coupon. Last but not least the announcements at the station are nonsenicle and incoherent. Also let's add in that it's late on a Sunday night, all the shops and food places are closed and your train is at least 20min late.

( à ce moment je n’étais pas le seul venu en agence pour me plaindre du fait que les conseillers ne se présentaient pas aux rendez-vous…), on programme alors un deuxième rendez-vous, et sans surprise, elle ne se présente toujours pas et ne s’excuses toujours pas, j’envoie alors un message pour le signaler, signaler le manque total de respect dont fait preuve cette « conseillère », seulement à ce moment là elle décide de me rappeler. Pas pour s’excuser mais pour dire que c’est moi qui lui manque de respect en signalent le fait qu’elle ignore totalement les clients. Suite à ça mon compte fut clôturer.Si je peux donner juste un seul conseil, fuyez cette banque de toute urgence.
