Idem pour la secrétaire.Tout m'a été expliqué dans les détails avant l'intervention.Je recommande donc vivement ce chirurgien qui m'a enlevé en quelques coups de bistouris ce complexe qui m'embêtait tant dans la vie de tous les jours.

Vanessa: Enorm professioneel en vriendelijk!Ik werd vlot ontvangen en heb dan ook een zeer informatieve uitleg gekregen over de procedure die ik wou. Ik apprecieer de eerlijkheid van de dokter! Hij gaf verschillende opties met een uitleg (wat, waarom, hoe, etc.) met daarbij zijn mening zonder deze door te dwingen op mij. De keuze was aan mij. Uiteindelijk heb ik voor een andere procedure gekozen volgens het advies van de dokter. Hier ook heb ik een uitgebreide uitleg gekregen over wat ze inhoudt. Er werd doorheen de procedure gevraagd of ik pijn voelde en hij was niet gehaast. Hij nam zijn tijd en het resultaat is perfect, een oog voor detail dus. Op het einde werd ik geïnformeerd over de nazorg en vriendelijk verwelkomd om terug contact op te nemen als ik verdere vragen had. Ik ben zeer tevreden, dank u wel!
