Violette L: J’ai été bien accueillie et bien conseillée, cependant il a fallu 2 mois à l’éclat de verre pour encadrer mon œuvre contre 1 mois annoncé. Je n’ai jamais été appelée par le magasin, personne ne m’a tenue au courant de l’avancement. J’ai dû moi-même appeler quand je commençais à trouver le temps long. Ils m’ont répondu qu’ils avaient un problème avec le fournisseur et qu’ils me rappelleraient dans la semaine, soit. Mais après ça, toujours aucun appel, je rappelle donc moi-même et on m’explique que le cadre que j’ai choisi n’est plus produit par le fabricant et que je dois venir en choisir un autre. Je comprends que ce problème n’est pas de la faute des artisans mais je regrette amèrement n’avoir jamais été appelée ni mise au courant par le magasin alors qu’ils avaient les informations à disposition. Si je n’avais pas fais les démarches moi-même à plusieurs reprises je crois que mon œuvre serait toujours là bas... Un meilleur suivi client aurait sûrement été préférable et m’aurait laissé une meilleure expérience du magasin. Le travail, une fois exécuté ,est par ailleurs très propre et très professionnel.
Laurent Niel: Travail correct, néanmoins 1 mois annoncé mais 2 mois réels pour la réalisation, refus d'un petit geste commercial, soupe à la grimace de la vendeuse. Il doit y avoir aussi compétent et plus aimable à Lille.
Sébastien Polveche: L'éclat de verre est spécialisée dans l'encadrement de gravures, d'affiches ou de peintures. Vous pouvez y trouver le matériel pour le faire par vous même ou confier l'encadrement aux professionnels de cette boutique. Dans tous les cas, leurs conseils sont judicieux et appréciés.

annick demoulin: un conseil: passez votre chemin! j'ai amené début Septembre une toile d'un artiste australien aborigène pour mise sur chassis; personne accueillante, pas de souci là dessus; on m'annonce un délai entre 3 et 5 semaines et un prix de presque 80 euros.... pas donné! je patiente donc un peu plus de 4 semaines et vais rechercher ma toile, et là, Ô surprise, on me donne une toile qui n'est pas la mienne! et en plus on peine à me croire quand j'explique que ce n'est pas ma peinture! bref, après des recherches on me retrouve ma toile qui n'est PAS montée, en me disant d'un air parfaitement condescendant qu'on s'en occupera dans l'après-midi.... "et que je n'ai qu'à aller faire les boutiques"!!! pour qui se prennent-ils? En plus je fais de la route pour aller à Lille, et, prise par un rendez-vous médical, je me vois contrainte de repartir bredouille... mon mari y retourne une semaine plus tard (lui aussi a travail prenant et n'a pas que ça à faire!), et quand il demande (on ne sait jamais) un geste commercial, on lui répond "que le travail a été fait"! un comble... quand je pense qu'ils ont voulu me refiler une oeuvre qui n'était pas la mienne en me disant presque que j'hallucinais, et ils se targuent d'être des professionnels... c'est à mourir de rire... bref, une adresse que je vais m'empresser d'oublier, et de déconseiller à tous ceux que je connais!
