Nous sommes très bien accueillis dans par Madame Valentine Gérard qui prend notre souhait et nous explique nous serons recontactés quand le sac sera dispo. Aujourd’hui 2 ans plus tard, toujours pas de sac, elle lit nos messages et ne répond plus. Nous avions un rdv téléphonique afin qu’elle nous propose autre chose, rdv non honoré.Entretemps des youtubeuses arrivées bien après nous ont leur sac dans cette boutique et même des commandes à la carte en quelques mois. Hermès n’accorde aucune importance aux clients qui travaillent dur pour s’offrir leur savoir faire et qui s’intéressent à l’histoire de la maison. Ne les intéressent que les personnes connues ou très riches; c’est bien dommage. Mon mari est tellement déçu de ne pas pouvoir m’offrir le sac de mes rêves. Tant pis ! Très mauvaise expérience !!!

Quelques minutes d'attente puis deux autres employées sortent de l'ascenseur, prennent le rayon en photo et s'en vont ailleurs. Nous attendons quelques minutes supplémentaires et décidons que cela suffit.A notre sortie du magasin étonnement de l'une des deux "photographes".Conclusion: 20 à 30 minutes d'attente, les seules personnes qui nous aient dit bonjour sont le vigile à l'entrée et le jeune homme qui nous a proposé un rafraîchissement. Pascal Rose: . Une fois les livreurs partis, je me suis aperçu qu’il y avait un coup de cutter dans une des assises. J’ai appelé Roche-Bobois qui m’a demandé de lui envoyer une photo. Puis j’ai été rappelé pour me dire qu’un expert du cuir m’appellerait pour prendre rendez-vous et voir comment réparer. J’ai effectivement été rappelé et lorsqu’il a regardé, vu que c’était sur l’assise, il m’a dit que la réparation risquait de ne pas tenir dans le temps. Il était pour lui préférable de commander le cuir de l’assise. Demande à Roche-Bobois pour qui c’est ok. Comme nous arrivons dans la période des vacances, selon lui pas avant mi septembre. J’ai été appelé fin août pour faire le changement, mais j’étais en vacances. Cela a été fait et très bien fait sur place début septembre. Pas de différence de teinte, j’en suis très content. Pour moi le SAV a été au rendez-vous et de qualité (conforme à ce que nous attendons d’une enseigne de cette gamme
