Catherine Thevenon: Apparemment, Cinna est sur la pente du déclin.Malgré la pluie, je suis allée m'enquérir d'un problème de mise à niveau de la hauteur de ma table Cinna, très belle et en principe réglable en continu de 75,5 cm à 100,7 cm (hauteur table de repas ou hauteur mange-debout), car je ne savais comment l'abaisser pour qu'elle convienne à mes nouvelles chaises...certes elle est un peu vieille...Réponse du préposé: "il faut la facture pour que je vous réponde...à mon avis elle est trop ancienne"2H après, un ami un peu malin a trouvé la manoeuvre=il faut appuyer sur le plateau en même temps qu'on actionne la manette... (indication gratuite de ma part)Je pense que Cinna devrait réinvestir ses publicités internet tapageuses dans le budget formation vendeurs. Cette histoire m'a empêchée de leur commander quoi que ce soit de nouveau...
VinDiuBoss: Beaux produits, par contre il serait bien d'éteindre les lumières de la vitrine la nuit. Au delà du fait que c'est obligatoire, pensez à la planète !

Ilyes Ben Achouba: Extrêmement déçu par le comportement du vendeur ce jour. Achat d’un miroir 1200€ et ne sont pas capables d’assurer la pose convenable de celui-ci. Bien au contraire on me laisse un mur abîmé avec un trou apparent non présent avant leur intervention.Très loin d’un service de qualité, je ne recommande pas du tout.
