Marion Desplanques: Suite aux travaux de remplacement de menuiseries simple vitrage par du double vitrage, les menuiseries semblent de bonne facture. Cependant, après quelques jours, nous constatons que le volet de la baie vitrée a été endommagé avec des déchirures de certaines lames du tablier, casse des deux glissières et volet tombé de son axe dans le fond du caisson. Lors de l’intervention pour réparation, la motorisation du volet est actionnée sans cesse jusqu’à la surchauffe du moteur et sa mise en sécurité. Le moteur repart finalement mais le volet n’est pas rendu dans son état initial et les glissières ne sont pas remplacées. La société préconise le changement de ce tablier selon eux trop vétuste…. le devis arrivé un mois plus tard après relance ne comporte alors aucun geste commercial !

Nous constatons déjà une grande différence de confort suite au changement des portes et fenêtres alors que nous sommes en automne et pas encore en hiver où les températures extérieures seront bien plus froides. La verrière commandée est d'excellente qualité, avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. J’avertis le matin pour l’après-midi que j’aurai 5 minutes de retard (sympa de ma part mais ça me parait normal)… en retour, j’ai le droit à 30 minutes de retard du prestataire sans aucune excuse (en réalité 40 minutes mais 10 minutes sont liées au fait qu’il s’était trompé d’adresse, ça peut arriver à tout le monde).Bref, ça part mal mais laissons une chance. 3 minutes plus tard, le prestataire m’explique que mon projet lui semble difficilement réalisable sans proposer de réelles solutions alternatives, encaisse 22 euros pour le déplacement et s’en va… propre !Je ne recommande pas du tout par rapport à un certain nombre de ses concurrents qui se sont montrés bien plus professionnels !

celia boulanger: Très bonne expérience à l'hôtel Barrière de Lille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était propre, silencieuse et avec une belle vue sur le parc. Nous avons eu de petites attentions très agréables (petits chocolats pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint, accueil personnalisé, bouteilles d'eau). Nous avons également profité du restaurant La terrasse du parc pour un dîner et 2 petits-déjeuners, ainsi que du casino. Nous sommes aussi allés au SPA pour le hammam et le sauna (il n'y avait pas grand-monde, ce qui était appréciable). Tout était sur place et donc très pratique. Le Vieux Lille est également situé à 15-20 min à pieds de l'hôtel, ce qui permet de ne pas utiliser sa voiture. Pour conclure, je recommande cet hôtel.
