Ognjen Zobenica: Amazing place. Personnel at reception was extremely helpfull and kind.I would like to thank them for all the recommemdations with regards to restaurants and extended check-out. Breakfast had a variety of hot dishes which we enjoyed. Bed was really comfortable and room was impeccable with an old charm. Hotel seemed like a museum so we felt overwhelmed with emotions every time we walked around.

Jacques Riviere: Nul de bout en bout… à éviter absolument.Chambre complètement surannée. Moquette vielle et sale. Climatisation très bruyante. Sale de bain des années 70 même pas rafraîchie. Chaleur insupportable dans les parties communes. Petit déjeuner même pas digne d’un hôtel Ibis avec des produits plus que douteux (tarte aux fruits).Service incompétent… je n’ai toujours pas une facture à la bonne adresse une semaine après mon séjour.Nous ne remettrons pas les pieds dans cet établissement.
PANO EVREUX: Quelle déception ! Ne mérite plus 4*J'ai passé 2 jours en convention (sans y dormir) au Couvent des Mimimes.Arrivée à l'hôtel : La cour de réception a l'extérieur est un vulgaire parking. On se croirait à l'arrière d'hôpital ou d'une caserne. Moche.Réception de l'hôtel : on voit que ça a été un établissement de standing, mais ce n'est très frais. Dans les vitrines de souvenirs, des bouquets en fleurs sèches qui s'efritrent, poussière sur les etages. Receptioniste pas très aimable.Arrivé dans le cloître, très belle bâtisse, ça a de l'allure !En revanche, entre le bar central, la mezzanine, les paravents pour l'espace restaurant et petit déjeuner, c'est très confus et cela fait bricolage des espaces.Le barman est débordé : une table de 6 a côté de moi... Il fait 3 fois le va et vient pour servir : les plateaux n'existent pas ici. J'attends 15mn mon cocktail. Le barman ne connait pas la recette, il est le nez dessus, derrière son comptoir.Dîner le soir : ce n'est pas bon, et le dessert est une sorte de gâteau spongieux au chocolat, là, mauvais. C'est de la nourriture type collectivités, servi à la mode restaurant chic.Le lendemain, déjeuner du séminaire sur le mode buffet/cocktails : joli aspect, mais carrément pas bon ! Au secours. Sauf 2 ou trois canapés sales et les miniardises sucrées. Première fois que je vois une sorte de poubelle de table a côté des plateaux où certaines personnes on recraché les canapés...Bref une catastrophe.Seul bon point : belle salle de réunion, climatisée (ce n'est pas le cas du cloître ou il faut bien chaud en été '..) et bon équipement vidéo.Cet établissement n'est absolument plus au niveau de sa réputation passée.A éviter, SURTOUT LA RESTAURATION.

Aldric Robyn: Magnificent hotel. Very spacious Junior Suite with a very nice bathroom. The panoramic view is appreciable. Well-kept establishment with this little characteristic scent of the Barrière group. Discreet staff but very attentive to the well-being of customers. We had a great stay. The absence of a swimming pool is probably the only negative point and we also regret that we were not offered a luggage storage service on our arrival. We had to take our luggage to the room ourselves. Despite this, we will return with our eyes closed on occasion. Thank you for this precious moment.
Любовь Плотникова: Special thanks to Dylan at the reception, a very polite and professional guy. He listened to our wishes and provided a room with the best view of the park. We have a romantic wedding anniversary trip, and it was very nice to come back from a walk to find champagne and congratulations from the hotel team in the room. The room is very clean , everything you need is there . A very comfortable bed and incredibly soft pillows. hocup pocus: How to describe our experience at the hotel "le clarence" as accurately as possible....?it's simple, we paid 280e for a maid's room in old Lille.cleanliness is nothing more... cobweb in the shower, dilapidated woodwork, questionable stains on the carpet, damaged trash can...for the toilets it was complicated because you have to measure less than 1.20m to be correctly installed, cheap washbasin surround.a double curtain to hide the light would not be a luxury...By way of air conditioning, the room is equipped with a dyson purifier.and the room we occupied is badly soundproofed... as soon as the neighbors flushed the toilet and we heard everything...The receptionist made us pay for the room before we could see it and it was not our disappointment. ..too late the trap has closed.the photos on the website do not correspond to the reality of the place and we think that some opinions are very, too complacent.honestly it's a room that's not worth more than 120e a night...no bar, no jaccouzi, no swimming pool...nothing and at the same time it's a boutique hotel so it's normal but what is abnormal it is 5 stars.urgently to be avoided.

È posto in un'area multietnica vivace e colorata, del tutto tranquilla.Le stanze, se prendete una doppia sappiate che vi potrebbe capitare una in cui 2 persone stanno strette, ad uso singola, invece va bene. La stanza ha il condizionatore indipendente. Bagno piccolo, sparagnini con teli e saponi: nulla di che, ma in linea con la categoria.La colazione è varia ed assortita. Prodotti buoni sia dolci che salati.Sembra strano, ma se volete un bicchiere di acqua, devi chiederlo ché al buffet non ci sta.La wifi è stata irrangiungibile per tutti e tre i giorni del soggiorno
AHAR TALES (AHAR): The hotel is easy accessible and they have also reserved parking nearby which costs 9€ a day. The rooms are clean but shower was very small. Overall it’s ok if you are a price sensitive traveler.
