C'est après que ça se complique. Un trop payé qui met (trop) de temps à être remboursé. Mais, surtout, j'ai soulevé un doute sur une malfaçon d'une table achetée et à partir de là on vous promet une fois, deux fois, trois fois de vous rappeler. Vous envoyé un mail, deux mails.. et puis trois mois après vous attendez toujours une réponse du magasin même si vous savez que tout a été transmis au fabricant. Bref, service après-vente inexistant, votre dossier ne mérite pas de réponse, on ne vous rappelle plus même si on vous a juré que ce serait fait. Les promesses n'engagent que ceux qui vous les tiennent...
