Grégory: La seule chose que l'on peut considérer comme haut de gamme avec cette agence ce sont les biens qu'elle propose, mais en aucun cas ses prestations. Nous lui avons confié notre maison à la vente et la seule visite réalisée a été faite sans prévisite par la négociatrice. Résultat : un discours pas du tout pédagogique voire même désobligeant pour nous expliquer que notre maison n'était pas à la hauteur des exigences de leur client. Quand on leur explique qu'une visite préalable aurait permis d'éviter de déplacer leurs clients leur réponse a été "j'ai toujours fait comme ça, je connais mon métier". Depuis plus aucun retour, même pour nous dire qu'il n'y a pas de visite et tenter de faire un "bilan vendeur". En ces temps plus compliqué pour l'immobilier il vous faudra avoir une attitude plus professionnelle...car prendre 50.000 euros et même pas se donner la peine de visiter le bien avant les clients... Les concurrents ont un bel avenir.Je suis moi même ancien négociateur immobilier et mes clients, même de simple studio, avaient plus de considerations...

Par contre j'ai toujours était honnête et respectueuse. Car je me suis fait un bain huile j'ai dis tout de suite que je réglerais la note pour le désagrément que j'ai causez dans la literie d'ailleurs j'ai payez et ensuite on ose me reprocher comme il y avais de huile partout et plusieurs va et viens avec mes amie qui fallais j'arrête les excuses et dire les choses. Alors que je leur dis juste c'est des amies et que je ne suis absolument pas une prostituée d'ailleurs si j'en était une faut bien être conne pour payez un lieux hébergement alors que cela pourrais être gratuit a bon entendeur. Nous venions en train donc nous n'avions pas pris d'affaires, cependant pas de draps ni d'oreillers supplémentaires pour notre bébé, simple matelas sans protection.Suite à une demande de draps/oreillers, l'agent d'accueil nous a ramené une couette (sans protection) car aucun oreiller disponible, il était trop tard car "seul agent dans la résidence et je ne suis pas femme de ménage", dommage au vu du prix mais il a essayé.Au final, lit bébé inutilisable mais hôtel pratique plus pour un séjour professionnel plutôt que familial !
