Philippe Sevré: Écoute et amabilité, je recommande cette boutique pour la qualité de son service !Ayant eu un problème avec un stylo-plume rétractable de modèle Bohème, je l’ai confié, il y a quelque temps, pour vérification et réparation.Le stylo-plume est revenu comme neuf dans un délai bref et avec un coût d’intervention à prix raisonnable.

Léana Petit: At first glance, the shop can be a bit intimidating, so many jewels of all kinds with stones as luxurious as each other with prices sometimes higher than our own salary, I admit I went there with apprehensions. But the warm welcome from the staff immediately put me at ease, no fuss, human-to-human conversation, no judgment at all, really top-notch advice, and absolutely remarkable work. I had two rings enlarged, however not obvious because of complicated patterns, and yet the result is perfect, impossible to say where the addition was made, we find our jewel as new. Prices are more than reasonable given the quality of service. I strongly recommend this shop, I'm already going back for a break-in and an engraving of a ring, no doubt that the result will be perfect.

cd 20ts: Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai commandé en ligne des pièces détachées pour ma montre Michel Herbelin en février. Après avoir reçu les pièce, et m’étant trompé sur une des référence, la bijouterie m’a demandé de renvoyer la mauvaise référence indiquant qu’ils me renverrait la bonne dès réception. Depuis, je suis obligé d’appeler tous les mois, sans résultat, on m’indique que les pièces vont bientôt être là, puis finalement non… bref, j’ai payé des pièces qui ne m’ont finalement pas été livré et il n’y a aucun suivi commercial, obligé d’aller à la pêche aux informations….

Sabilone Sabilone: I visited the store in December 2022, service was very friendly and store is gorgeous .I bought a bag and asked for a tax return form as we live outside the EU .Since then my lovely experience with LV became a nightmare as they did not release a form to global blue . My refund is pending ( it has been 5 months !!!) because of LV not releasing this form ( we have sent all documents necessary to LV ) .Customer service is impossible to reach , the person in charge of our case does not reply to our emails nor what’s app messages . That is very disappointing and we have lost so much time chasing anyone who could sort it out .I was expecting a smoother service from such a famous luxury house ….. it ruined my experience at LOUIS VUITTON.
