Irokwa Loup Blanc: Attente de 15 minutes la vendeuse pas un bonjour nous revenons 25 minutes après mon amie voulait absolument acheter le rouge Trafalgar du coup petit bonjour furtif de la vendeuse( lundi 8 mai 14h30) toujours occupée avec la même cliente je pense qu'elle aurait pu d'un petit mot nous demander de patienter nous l'aurions fait avec plaisir.. Au prix des 250 ml on espère un accueil différent... Du coup on est passé chez Chanel le service à la clientèle n'a rien à voir.

Des employées qui discutent entre elles, personne sur le stand, des produits non dispo mais dans les stocks mais que personne ne veut aller chercher...Quand on voit le prix des parfums, on se dit que le service/ qualité n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur.Triste, triste, triste... louise Prs: J'ai rarement vu un Sephora aussi peu agréable, tout d'abord les présentoirs sont tous bien remplis certes mais au final les produits sont VIDES donc ça donne envie d'y aller quand on se trouve à 3m d'eux. Ensuite parlons des "vendeuses / conseillères ", il s'agirait de revoir la formation de certaines, en effet j'ai du apprendre à une conseillère à me faire un échantillon (on aura tout vu). Puis pour la partie service, il faut augmenter le nombre de caissières car pour une file d'attente d'environ 15 personnes il n'y a qu'une caissière avec certes des caisses rapides mais HORS SERVICE. Le service click and collect qui est censé être rapide j'ai attendu au total 34MIN juste pour récupérer 1 SEUL PRODUIT. J'ai demandé à peine en rentrant de l'aide pour savoir à qui me présenter pour récupérer une commande, on m'invite à aller à la caisse et après 10min d'attente à la caisse, on m'invite à aller sur le côté et que quelqu'un est censé venir qui au final n'est jamais venu. J'ai du de nouveau interpeller une vendeuse qui a trouvé aberrant d'attendre aussi longtemps mais au final elle a bien mis 10min à me sortir la commande qui était censée être prête depuis la veille. Malheureusement je n'ai pas reçu d'enquête satisfaction pour la réception de ma commande.
