J'étais à la fois à la recherche d'une nouvelle pratique physique, d'un équilibre entre mon corps et mon esprit, d'un apaisement intérieur et bien d'autres choses encore. J'apprécie tout particulièrement l'infrastructure d'excellente qualité, le fait de pouvoir y pratiquer différents types de yoga avec des professeurs différents, la flexibilité pour choisir ses séances et ainsi adapter facilement mon emploi du temps. Enfin je trouve les tarifs attractifs, j'ai saisi l'occasion des offres de rentrée (valable jusqu'à la fin du mois) et grâce au carnet de 50 cours à 499 €, le cours me revient à moins de 10 €. Même pas le prix du paquet de cigarettes quotidien de mon anciennne vie et dont le seul bienfait à été de m'amener sur le chemin du yoga 😁🙏
