Blog Blog: Ne déposez pas vos colis ! Vol de colis assuré! Je rejoins les autres commentaires car j’ai vécu la même expérience et je suis à deux doigts de porter plainte ! Le gars avec un prénom qui commence par B, prend mon colis, ne bipe pas l’étiquette et n’emballe pas non plus le colis devant moi. (Un colis amazon qui doit être emballé dans le point relay directement) Il me rassure que cela va être fait et que je vais recevoir un mail. (Déjà je trouve très bizarre alors qu’il n’a personne, il est très dispo) Je rentre chez moi et je vois les commentaires. Je repars tout de suite et je confronte le gars directement. Le colis avait l’étiquette dessus mais pas bipé et non plus moyen de vérifier ce qu’il y a l’intérieur. (Si jamais il n’y a rien à l’intérieur, il aura droit à une deuxième visite) Je reçois la confirmation de renvoi à la minute qu’il a bipé, preuve que le colis n’était même pas bipé.Attention à vous ! Demandez obligatoire que le colis soit bipé et limite prenez une photo !
Michael Vincent: Colis récupéré mais non bipé (car personnel occupé), qui par la suite est devenu introuvable et donc non remboursé. Je rejoins les commentaires ci dessous, ce n'est pas normal ce qu'il s'y passe.
André Le Deist: Petit mais bien achalandé, ce Carrefour City ouvre tard et est pratique en dépannage (mais du coup c'est un peu plus cher bien sûr).

An opening of the package by an employee?I wouldn't pass by here to drop off my parcels.EDIT following owner's response:I have already dropped off several parcels with you and this is what happened. However, with your mode of operation, anyone can come and help themselves to the parcels before the evening without having any recourse since we have no proof that the parcel has been dropped off.

T. Raphaël: Good choice. Prices a bit high. Very flexible hours. It helps out in the evening or early in the morning.
Klaire CHAVY: Items on the shelves are often missing, for example for cat litter it's been 6 weeks that there is simply no more. Besides, I'm tired of the cashier in the cap who allows himself to be too familiar with customers, comments on the items we take and comments on tattoos, which we could do without. The staff is often absent and you have to wait 5 minutes at the checkout sometimes or call them outright. Otherwise, some members of the staff are nice and friendly, but we can see that they are exhausted and suffer from the performance demanded by Carrefour.
