Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls. De plus, cela fait plus d'un mois que j'essaie d'obtenir gain de cause et, comme par hasard, la responsable n'est jamais disponible quand j'appelle et ne répond pas vraiment aux courriels que je lui adresse, hormis le fait de me dire qu'elle va se pencher sur la question et qu'il faut patienter.
