Charlotte André: Plus de 1h d’attente pour des dumplings à emporter pour 2 personnes !!!Quand on arrive chez nous avec la commande on se rend compte qu’ils ont mis des dumplings au porc à la place du poulet (alors que nous ne mangeons pas de porc donc pas d’erreur de commande de notre part)….Rebelote on y retourne, 20min d’attente pour remplacer ceux au porc et en attendant ils recuisent les dumplings aux légumes qui se retrouvent trop cuits…Bref ce qui est le plus terrible c’est qu’après plus d’1h pour des dumplings et une erreur de commande aucun geste commercial n’a été fait par la vendeuse !Dommage d’habitude c’est super on adore y manger :(

Oula2emement :-Crevettes plaque chauffante sauce a l'ail.Mêmes problèmes : la où dans tous les restaurants asiatiques où les plats à base de crevettes sont élaborés avec des crevettes crues (certes décongelées, mais qui assurent une cuisson brève de ces crustacés rendant leur texture extrêmement tendre), le plat que j'ai mangé, au demeurant dépourvu de légumes d'accompagnement, si ce n'est un soupçon d'oignons, était réalisé avec des crevettes (8 minuscules pour être précis) déjà cuites et donc archi caoutchouteuses.- Riz cantonais : très passable.-- Globalement : produits très bas de gamme (crevettes notamment), assaisonnements médiocres (je fais mieux chez moi avec un bon livre de cuisine chinoise), accueil froid, prix exorbitants.Je me régale énormément plus (cuisine généreuse mieux assaisonnée, plus de légumes, gentillesse de la patronne) au Pékin près de la gare, ma cantine favorite pour 9,5 la formule complète, ou même encore au Jardin du Bonheur rue Solférino avec le menu a 8 euros ou 6 euros (et c'est peu dire dans ce dernier cas !). Upasna Bajaj: They have about 5 items on their menu for vegetarians - but because they did not have tofu in stock they would not make 4 out of 5 dishes without the tofu! I asked them to replace the tofu (which they did not have!!) with vegetables, and was told that that would be an extra charge...A vegetarian rice was eventually available but greasy, filled with caramelised onions, raw iceberg lettuce and nothing else. And the chilli that I paid extra for…I mistakenly touched the underside of their high stool and my fingers were almost glued to the stool due to the grease.
