Jean Pierre Sauvage: Cet avis concerne le Broc du vieux Lille. Welsh très correct mais servi avec des frites immangeables car trop grillées ,trop sèches et trop dures, peut être celles de la veille car nous sommes arrivés tôt (12h45), ou alors on m'explique pourquoi ces frites étaient trop grillées, un cuisinier devrait être honteux de servir cela. La salade César ne contenait qu'une tomate cerise coupée en deux, un peu léger !!! Pour le reste, correct service bien, dessert normal, sans plus. Je ne reviendrai plus.
