Jasmin De Luca: We were very happy with our junior suite! The location of the hotel is great and it is quiet. The terrace a great extra. You have the option to stay without a cleaning service. This means that they will just do your bed and empty the wastebasket and you will receive a free drink at the bar as an exchange. All fine with this and makes absolutely sense. However, we ordered a bottle of wine to the room on the first evening we arrived and it was not removed. So if you select the "no cleaning" service take it into consideration in case you will order room service. I absolutely agree with not having to change bedsheets every day but leftovers from room service should be included no matter if you have the cleaning service or not. Consequently, next time I will not renounce on cleaning.Rooms: Junio Suite has a quiet terrace!

Niamh: Friendly staff who were very welcoming, however, there was a constant stench of sewage coming from the shower and the room was tiny. The door literally hit the bed as you opened it. I felt ill in the mornings from the smell in the bathroom. Avoid staying on the 3rd floor and beware of the location - we were approached on multiple occasions within a short space of time, which made the area feel unsafe. Would recommend staying more central. The hotel was probably the most disappointing experience of our trip.
