Valentin Dedrie: I ate at Fleur on June 3, 2023 in the evening. It was on the occasion of a birthday, we were 13 in total. The place is quite nice, nothing to say. I ordered the trio of tartare as a main course and dessert (without drink). A formula at 29€, rather correct price. I eat my first tartare, everything is fine. The second tartare arrives, while eating this last one I found a piece of plastic quite large and above all quite pointed. I don't want to imagine if I had swallowed it. Following that, I directly call the head of the room (60 years old, graying with a mustache). He comes to our table, he retrieves the piece of plastic and goes to the kitchen. Not a word, not an apology. I had to call him to ask for accounts, he told me that we would see at the end of the meal. Following this, appetite cut, I did not finish my plate. This gentleman did not even offer to replace my plate, because according to him I had eaten 3/4 of the dish. At the end of the meal the head waiter sends one of his employees to our table. He tells me "we'll give you 10% off your formula". 10% on a formula at 29€, it's a bit to make fun of the world. So I went directly to this gentleman. We had a table of 13 people, ordered several bottles of wine, etc… Offering me 10% (€2.90 on the formula), it was a bit of a straw that broke the camel’s back. In the end I still had -25% on my formula, but hey, fighting with him for 5min. In short flee this restaurant, it was not a professional behavior.

Specifically, I looked at the few negative reviews received and the responses from the manager of this account. I admired that the restaurant stands up for their food, as the reality is that the customer does not necessarily always have to be right.I had a 3-course meal, and simply put it was of high-quality, well presented and delicious. You can easily notice that they really care about their food here.The starter was light and flavorful, the Welsh was generous and outstanding, and it is impossible to forget about the dessert which was the recommendation of the chef. Fantastic.As for the service, I was treated very well, and the servers had no issue speaking English.If I ever get the chance to come back to Lille, there is no doubt that I will be returning to this place!

Dani Moon: The food was really incredible, but the whole thing took far too long.We (as a party of 2) ordered the 7 course menu but all in all there are actually about 10 courses when you include aperitifs and pre dessert etc. We were there over 3 and a half hours, we were eating fast but there was often 30-40 minutes between courses making it feel very slow and long and not the standard I expected from a restaurant like this. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.

KIK THIKIK: Une expérience décevante au restaurant Clarance à LilleJ'ai récemment eu l'occasion de dîner au restaurant Clarance à Lille, et malheureusement, mon expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Bien que le menu proposé soit dans la moyenne, plusieurs aspects du restaurant m'ont laissé perplexe.Tout d'abord, le service au Clarance ne mérite certainement pas une étoile Michelin. Les tables étaient improvisées avec une plaque, ce qui donnait une impression de manque d'attention aux détails. De plus, la serveuse, dont les lèvres semblent avoir été exagérément gonflées par des injections de Botox, a refusé de nous fournir une cuillère pour notre soupe. Il est tout simplement inconcevable qu'un restaurant de ce calibre ne puisse pas fournir les couverts nécessaires pour déguster un plat.En ce qui concerne le confort, j'ai été déçu de constater des taches sur le tissu des chaises. Cela témoigne d'un manque d'entretien et d'hygiène, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement prétendant à une étoile Michelin. De plus, les prix des vins proposés étaient excessivement élevés, ce qui a ajouté à ma déception globale.Bien que le cadre du restaurant soit acceptable, j'ai appris avec regret que le véritable chef cuisinier n'était plus en poste. Cela explique peut-être pourquoi la qualité des plats servis était seulement moyenne. Il est clair que sans un chef talentueux et créatif derrière les fourneaux, le restaurant Clarance risque certainement de perdre son étoile Michelin.En conclusion, mon expérience au restaurant Clarance à Lille a été décevante. Le menu proposé était moyen, le service ne méritait pas une étoile Michelin et divers problèmes, tels que des tables improvisées, des taches sur les chaises et des prix élevés pour les vins, ont contribué à cette déception. De plus, l'absence du chef cuisinier original ne fait qu'accentuer les lacunes de cet établissement. À moins de sérieuses améliorations, il semble probable que le restaurant Clarance perdra son étoile Michelin à l'avenir.

Marion Huyghe: Très beau restaurant situé en ultra-centre (vue sur l'opéra et la vieille bourse). Cadre feutré et distingué. Service impeccable. Les plats sont fins, très bien présentés et le tout pour un prix raisonnable.On regrette toutefois ne pas avoir été prévenu à l'entrée que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas ce jour là. Nous avons mangé en ayant froid, une remise commerciale aurait été appréciée.

Laurence DEGUINES: longue. Le service fonctionne par vague : on fait une vague d’entrées et les personnes arrivées juste aprés doivent attendre la vague suivante. On ne sert pas le client en fonction de l’avancée de son repas mais en fonction de leur mode d’organisation à eux ce qui est clairement problématique dans un restaurant qui se veut gastronomique.Les serveurs sont sympatiques, mais ne connaissent pas les vins, ils récitent ce qu’ils ont appris mais ne sont pas capables de répondre à nos questions.Les plats étaient… de qualité trés innégale. Rien de mauvais mais rien de fou.Le plat supplémentaire : un gnocchi au homard à 25€ le plat était décevant. La pâte est vraiment épaisse et l’experience ne vaut pas le tarif d’autant qu’aucun accord de boisson ne lui est attribué.Le plat de porc était une énorme déception : on nous a servi un porc bleu et gras. Impossible à couper avec les couteaux certe jolis mais ne servant pas à couper. Nous avons eu du mal à comprendre le plat, sans lien clair dans l’assiette.Les desserts arrivent trés tard, et encore une fois, nous avons du mal à comprendre le millefeuille au gout d’herbes mais sans gourmandise (la pâte feuilleté étant trop salée

Jasmin De Luca: What a disappointing experience. I am an absolute fan of long lunches or dinners but here everything takes too long! What is more, the food and drinks are completely overprized. We had the "full experience" for EUR 60 plus the matching alcoholic drinks for EUR 30. What a joke! We arrived there at 12.55 and had our first glass of wine (filled at the MINIMUM level) at 14.30!!!! One of the waiters was quite unfriendly. The Bisque for an additional price of EUR 25 consisted of basically one small Ravioli with a spoon of lobster in it! Half of the meat was fat and the knives look trendy but do not cut at all! They do not adjust to your "eating rhythm" but YOU as a customer have to do it. They basically let you wait until they have enough people waiting for the same course. I do not recommend this place.
Konstantin: Je suis très déçu de ce restaurant. Nous avons été conseillés par ses amis et les avis étaient bons. Je ne peux pas recommander ou donner plus de 2 étoiles à qui que ce soit. En ordre. Premièrement, un endroit très cher, nous avons payé 260 pour 3 personnes. Deuxièmement, les portions sont assez petites, si vous avez faim - vous n'êtes pas là. Troisièmement, et surtout, bien que la nourriture prétende être de la "haute cuisine", tout n'était pas bon. Par exemple, la viande était grasse, trop salée et sans goût. La soupe était également trop salée et trop assaisonnée. Quatrièmement, à cause de l'acoustique, c'était assez bruyant et bruyant et ce n'était pas très bon d'entendre les interlocuteurs. Ce qui était bien : le service était correct. Mais, messieurs, pas pour ce genre d'argent. Le prix devrait être 2 à 3 fois inférieur à ce qui était proposé.
