Cyril Cail: Commentaire après 4 ans chez APEN Sécurité privée :Responsables, chef de poste et planificateurs planning manifestement humains ; j'en ai eu surtout l'occasion de m'en rendre compte tout récemment.Ma famille au grand complet vous en remercie._ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _Après 3 boîtes de sécurité privée (dont deux très réputées), je signe enfin un contrat chez APEN, et un CDI en plus.Je travaille sur des sites grands et archi connus, avec des collègues compétents qui expliquent bien les consignes, ce qui me rend d'autant plus fier et à l'avantage de ne pas lasser.Ma femme est ravie de voir que je m'y plais et me voit bien plus souvent que dans l'ancienne société où j'étais en tant que rondier intervenant sur alarme.On n'a pas lésiné sur le nombre d'habits fourni : 3 chemises, cravate, 2 pantalons, 2 polaires...Personnellement, je trouve qu'ils sont plutôt très réussis.Le responsable planning est reconnaissant de la disponibilité de ses agents.Cette société donne même la chance à des débutants, et s'ils se montrent rigoureux, volontaires, professionnels et disponibles, leur CDI leur permet d'avoir un métier sûr permettant de continuer dans cette voie.Après 6 mois chez APEN, je suis satisfait de contribuer davantage à la réussite de cette entreprise à forte réputation et à ses nombreux clients.Les plannings sont certes souvent modifiés, mais néanmoins très faciles à comprendre.Et la disponibilité est indissociable de ce métier, c'est pas nouveau.Le travail ne manque pas et je dois avouer que je ne m'en plains pas.Les agents peu sérieux sont vite éjectés et je trouve cela normal, nous sommes des agents de sécurité privée, avec une carte professionnelle, pas des cow-boys !Bien à vous
Frédéric Saint-Cyr: Aucune impartialité en termes de management, leur doctrine "la bonne personne personne, a la bonne place" est une vaste blague. Certaines personnes n'ont rien a faire a la place qu'ils occupent surtout en haut de la chaîne alimentaire. Des vieux routiers a des postes stratégiques qui ne connaissent rien , leur seule valeur est d'être protégé et cela est dommage car beaucoup de belles personnes travaillent ou ont travaillé dans cette société. Les agents sont pris pour des vaches à lait, sans aucun respect pour eux.enfin bref, fuyait.

Jeremy Leroy: Je travaille chez Apen depuis plusieurs mois, maintenant ça se passe très bien. Concernant les plannings ça va les heures Sup sont payés tous les mois avec 15 % en plus . On a eu des avantages CSE comme une carte cadeaux en fin d’année. Les sites où je suis j’ai jamais été embêté tout se passe bien. j’ai étais recruté par Sylvain Bernard qui m’a très bien conseillé . aujourd’hui Ça se passe bien c’est un bon directeur. Je lui en remercie en tout cas. Rien a dire sur APEN , merci encore a mon directeur de m’avoir recruté
Gwendolyne ZIMMERMANN: Salariée depuis juillet 2020 j'ai toujours été écouter et guider par la société, les heures supplémentaires toujours payé à 15% et mon responsable d'exploitation Alsace-Lorraine à toujours été disponible pour moi ainsi que mes collègues. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
Oceane Ferrand: Tres bonne société, pas de problème avec eux, et si il y en a ils sont très réactif, nos heures supplémentaires sont payer à quinze pour cent de plus pour noël nous avons reçu 50€ en carte cadeau et le responsable d'exportation alsace-lorraine donc monsieur Guichard est très à l’écoute de ces agents!
