Annie ESPOUY: Je venais de récupérer une machine électronique très ancienne, dont le fonctionnement m'était totalement inconnu et pour laquelle je n'avais aucune notice d'emploi ; j'ai donc contacté le magasin Singer de Lille afin de leur demander s'ils n'en possédaient pas ; un dame très sympathique m'a répondu qu'ils n'en avaient pas mais qu'elle allait faire des recherches ; et c'est ce qu'elle a fait et qui m'a permis de pouvoir utiliser cette machine. Je ne la remercierai jamais assez car elle a fait le maximum afin de me rendre service alors que je n'étais pas cliente du magasin ; je salue là son professionnalisme et son souhait de satisfaire les clients (même potentiels). Je recommande vraiment ce magasin.

Les conseils sont pertinents et les envies ainsi que le budget sont pris en compte pour nous aider à trouver la machine idéale. La qualité des machines Singer passe aussi par un accompagnement et un SAV comme on n'en fait plus, et c'est un gros plus. On m'a offert un 1er cours de prise en main de la machine, qui a été d'une grande utilité en plus d'être un moment très agréable. Il y a aussi possibilité de participer à des ateliers ! On me réponds que je dois me retourner vers Auchan et que les machines Auchan Singer ont la qualité Auchan . Clairement le monsieur n'était pas content que je n'ai pas acheté ma machine chez lui . Pourtant, je lui explique bien que si j'ai acheté singer , c'est bien parce que je connais la marque et la qualité.. Et que s'il fallait faire quelque chose j'irai dans son magasin. Nicolas DANDRIEU: Bonjour, ma machine à coudre étant dans un état identique après la maintenance de SINGER, j'ai appelé ce 16/12/2020 SINGER Gambetta afin d'obtenir des informations sur la révision qui a été effectué par vraisemblablement le chef d'atelier. Le problème étant que sur la facture de 100€ d'intervention, il y'a aucun descriptif sur le travaille effectué. J'ai donc essayé d'obtenir des informations auprès de la dame du magasin, celle-ci c'est immédiatement braqué, et fut désagréable puis elle m'a raccrocher au nez. Le chef d'atelier n'a pas besoin de justifier son travaille, et le magasin se cache derrière une date d'intervention dépassé... En bref, c'est l'histoire de madame Michou qui ramène sa machine pour révision, mais ont lui rend dans le même état avec une facture de 100€ car ont ce doute bien que Madame Michou ne va pas démonter la machine.... Je n'envisage plus le moindre achat sur l'ensemble de l'enseigne SINGER qui profite d'une clientèle fidèle et confiante. Voici la photo de la machine après le travail du technicien. Catherine Taghane: Déçus du magasin. J'ai ramené mon ancienne Machine afin qu'elle soit révisé et dépanné. J'ai ensuite donné la machine à mes enfants, mais étant en plein déménagement/travaux ils n'ont pas pu l'utiliser de suite. Toujours est-il qu'après 2 ans sans utilisation mes enfants ce sont rendus compte que la machine n'avais pas été entretenus, et le problème était toujours présent. Malgré le fait que j'ai acheté une autre machine, impossible d'avoir une réponse clair de la part de cette dame qui ce braque immédiatement. Comme en témoigne la réponses de cette dame auprès des autres commentaires Google, je constate que celle-ci semble prendre l'habitude de discréditer les propos de sa clientèle.
Fabien BRANION: Service après-vente décevant, tenez-vous bien :Pour une machine à coudre j'ai dû payer des frais de gardiennage chaque nuit passé dans le magasin, je n'ai jamais vu ça ! De plus, quand j'ai récupéré la machine de ma conjointe le problème était toujours présent, grosse déception pour des tarifs exorbitant... Quand il s'agit de vendre, la responsable est bienveillante, mais pour le reste elle n'a jamais le temps de vous aider. Autant vous dire que c'est votre porte monnaie qui passe avant la satisfaction clientèle. Mon problème a été résolut chez Mondial Tissus à Villeneuve d'Ascq, qui ma simplement assisté par téléphone et mon problème a disparue en 10 minutes et gratuitement. Je serait ou aller la prochaine fois.

Il n'y a pas de contact téléphonique et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse quand à l'envoi du patron manquant. Il y a d'autres produits qui m'intéressent mais pour l'instant je doute vraiment du sérieux de cette société.

Cette marchandise serait toujours en attente d'une livraison de la part de leur fournisseur, ce qui ne les empêche pas d'encaisser votre argent. Un site pas du tout à jour, aucune visibilité sur la commande et son état et après certaines entreprises s'étonnent que nous passions des commandes sur Amazon. CTC Textile une société peu scrupuleuse qui encaisse votre argent sans faire d'expédition. Demande de remboursement le 18/01/2021 affaire à suivre. Ne pas effectuer de commande sur leur site.
