Lorsque j’ai enfin pu laisser ma fille et prendre du temps pour moi, la date de validité du soin était dépassée mais je me suis dit que le personnel serait compréhensif et accepterait tout de même le bon … et bien pas du tout ! Pour un institut qui dit prendre soin des gens, il leur manque cruellement d’empathie et de compréhension, c’est fort dommageable ! Je suis très déçue et ne retournerais jamais dans cette boutique.

L'accueil est peu engageant, on me prend le numéro de commande avec nonchalance.Tandis que je patiente pour mon colis, une cliente demande un conseil pour un rouge à lèvres. La vendeuse la renvoit vers une autre qui lui répond à 19h42 qu'elle ne dispose que de 3mns pour lui répondre et que cela sera "compliquée". La cliente repart donc les mains vides.A 4 jours de Noël, la scène est surréaliste. La promo m'a poussée vers cette enseigne, tandis que l'accueil fait fuir. Dommage.
