Une semaine après, nous rappelons, on nous dit que le colis est parti la veille. 5 jous après, nous rappelons et nous apprenons que le colis n'était pas p)arti la veille, mais le lendemain de notre appel. Mauvaise étiquette donc colis ouvert et recollé par la poste et livraison semaines après le dépôt. Nous demandons un geste commercial...
