Les vendeuses expérimentées sont, d'un seul coup, moins présentes ou remplacées par des vendeurs froids.Le magasin est moins fourni, comme si des vêtements manquaient. On voit plus d'espaces vides. En ces temps d'inflation et de difficultés économiques, le message induit n'est pas positif pour l'enseigne.Fini le rayon Grandes tailles femmes ou les vêtements qui vont jusqu'au 50/52mais les vêtements de petites tailles ont été multipliés... ce n'est pas grave me dit une vendeuse car on peut retrouver les articles Grandes tailles sur le site internet de l'enseigne... sauf que sur cinq commandes passées en 2022, deux ont été annulées à l'initiative de C&A et les autres mettent entre 3 semaines et un mois pour arriver.Je suis déçue par l'évolution de C&A.Cliente de la boutique depuis 20 ans et de l'enseigne depuis encore plus longtemps, je ne m'y retrouve plus. C'est dommage de perdre ses clients fidèles à vouloir charmer de potentiels clients !
