We visited this store but no pick up and no feedback from customer service. For a pair of Dr Martens over 217€ it's a disappointment, for a big brand that prides itself on having robustness and quality.

J’ai un doute sur la solidité de ces chaussures; ou je soupçonne un défaut de fabrication.J’ai déjà acheté des Tropeziennes, et au bout de 5 ans elles tiennent encore et ne se sont jamais cassées.Je suis donc allée chez un cordonnier, qui malheureusement ne peut rien faire. Voilà alors, Comment perdre 60€.Je ne remettrai jamais les pieds dans ce magasin, ça c’est sûr, et je ne le recommande pas du tout.
