Bref Zara est réputé pour la nonchalance de ses employés mais elle atteint ici les sommets ! Je me suis senti très mal à l’aise pour cet homme.
Linda Linda: Je suis parti avec ma fille de 11 ans pour lui acheté quelque vêtements pour les vacances elle a trouvé un pantalon dans rayons enfants et le haut dans rayons femme. Au moment d’essayage dans la cabine d’enfants une vandeuse est venu et m’a expliqué qu’elle a pas le droit d’essayer le haut dans la cabine enfants j’ai du mal à comprendre ça mais j’ai respecté le règlement et j’ai décidé de pas effectuer l’essayage , j’ai fait un petit tour à près j’ai retourné pour essayer que le bas, ma fille au moment d’essayer sans pantalon je vois une personne qui travaille dans cette enseigne ouvrir le rideau alors que ma fille elle était en culotte pour vérifier si elle était entrain d’essayer le haut femme, j’était furieuse et très énervée de son geste . En plus de sa elle me parle de façon tres désagréable et crie dans le magasin pour attirer l’attention je lui explique que ce quelle vien de faire est tres déplacer et interdit elle décide d’appeler du personnel et le vigile pour me sortir du magasin. J ai demandé a parler a la responsable qui était trés désagréable . franchement je vous déconseille ce magasin ils sont pas agréables à fuir

Véro Blanquart: Très étonnée par les mauvais commentaires.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel présent. L'hôtesse de caisse a pris son temps pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement des cartes cadeaux avec un beau sourire.Le magasin est clair propre et un beau choix de vêtements.

Néanmoins les vendeurs sont très désagréables, sensation de déranger, et me pousse à sortir du magasin 20 à 30 minute avant la fermeture… D’ailleurs les horaires sont totalement faux, 19h30 fermeture à 19h.. 20h fermeture à 19h30. Bref a fuir si vous souhaitez un bon service.. Dommage car il y a un bon potentiel avec ce magasin
