Un des plus grands fans et fidèle de la marque, du plus petit de mes enfants au plus grand de la famille. C’était la dernière fois de toute ma vie que j’entrai dans un magasin. Après 30 minutes de choix d’articles et après avoir échangé avec plusieurs vendeurs. Je me dirige vers la cabine à 18h43, pour essayer mes articles et là on vient me sortir de la cabine en me disant que je ne peux pas essayer ! J’explique que j’en ai pour quelques minutes, et là on me dit clairement qu’il en est hors de question. J’étais choqué et je me suis senti humilié par un tel manque de professionnalisme. Je décide de reposer mes articles et il est évident que plus jamais je ne me rendrai dans un quelconque magasin GAP, qui devient du très bas de gamme en terme de service.
