Il me disait sur un ton donneur de leçon que c'était n'importe quoi de faire un achat et de ne pas garder le ticket de caisse. Qu'il n'allait pas pouvoir faire d'échange. Un peu estomaquée, je lui dis que c'est le cas dans de nombreuses enseignes, et que c'était le vendeur même chez GAP qui m'avait dit qu'en tant que cliente je n'avais pas besoin de garder le ticket. Je vous passe les détails sordides de la discussion ... ce monsieur prétendait que je disais n'importe quoi. Que je mentais ou bien que j'avais eu des hallucinations auditives, que jamais personne dans sa boutique m'aurait dit cela. Et qu'aucune enseigne ne faisait cela ... bref, du gros délire ... et qu'en gros, il allait quand même me faire la faveur et me faire l'échange, car en effet ... il a retrouvé en deux clics mon ticket de caisse sur mon compte client.Pas un mot d'excuse, juste de l'agressivité et du mépris.Je crois sincèrement que jamais aucun vendeur.euse ne s'est ainsi acharné sur moi. Il ferait mieux d'aller faire un peu de méditation ce monsieur, ou bien de prendre quelques jours de congés ... allez, namasté ... et merci aux autres vendeurs.

Anaïs C: Du personnel incompétent qui plutôt que de faire un remboursement lors d’un retour, fait un avoir sans prévenir (bien que j’avais explicitement demandé un remboursement pour ensuite recommander) L’article recommandé était moins cher, je me retrouve avec un avoir chez eux de la différence et quand j’zi réclamé on m’a dit « on peut rien faire pour vous c’est trop tard » Et en plus quand on demande une livraison en magasin on obtient une livraison à domicile !Franchement , entre incompétence et forcer les clients à acheter, passez votre chemin, les pratiques chez Hollister sont très douteuses.
