Lydie Della patrona: Mon fils est dans cette résidence et le prix du loyer ne vaut pas les prestations. En début d'année par exemple, coupures d'dau cgaude fréquentes car problème de chaudière qui a mis du temps à se régler. Il y a un système de conciergerie peu efficace. Autre exemple :clef de boite aux lettres récupèrée plus d'un mois après l'arrivée. Très pratique quand on a quelque chose à recevoir en urgence.

Robin Petyt: Cela fait quatre mois que je vis dans cette résidence et je n'ai rien a redire. Le personnel est toujours volontaire pour nous aider en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement !

Their behaviour is so bad and see people like up to down! They think they are the best people on the Earth, so rude.It is too expensive and really not worth it. They reduced 90€ of my deposit just because there are some hair and stain on the floor which can be easily removed!It means they get money twice for cleaning the room, once at the beginning of your entry when they give you the clean room they charge you and the other time is when you leave the room. They NEVER told me or it is not written anywhere that you are charged because you do not tidy the room.

Shivang Srivastava: I lived in this residence for more than 1.5 years. A nice residence, kind staff and an excellent location. The administrative paperwork was remarkably simple. The charges are high because of its location in the very center of the metropole. The employees were always kind and helpful with any repairations and the rent charged was on the daily basis while moving-in and out. The caution money was fully refunded on time. The only issue I found was the scarcity of the washing machines in the residence (just two for all the apartments), rest everything is manageable. Thanks for giving me a wonderful experience.

Very expensive for very little services.1) No security guard which led to strangers entering the property and sleeping ! and eating in the breakfast room.2) Poor quality utensils, bed and pillow. They will claim the smallest dirty thing and charge you ridiculous amount for it. Most cases students have left the city so there is little you can fight back.4) Very bad internet in certain apartments.5) For over 140 people living in the building, there are only 2 washer and 1 dryer. So you will end up waiting for a long time to get your turn.Really not worth spending 600-700 euros for such a disgusting place. Honestly, I would call it a scam. They r very nice when you are filling out application to go and live, and will respond to your questions in english. but once you arrive the manager doesnt respond at all. I would highly recommend looking at other options nearby.
