Marina De Sousa: Achat d'un siège auto en boutique il y a 1 an. On se rend compte aujourd'hui que c'est un siège exclusivement dos route. Apparement a l'époque il existait en rotatif 360 degrés et sinon uniquement dos route... Donc grosse surprise lorsqu'il a fallut le tourner face route et qu'on se déplace en magasin car n'y arrivant pas, on nous annonce, impossible votre siège est un dos route... On m'a clairement dis que la poussette avait été payé en juin, récupérer seulement courant décembre et que le délai de rétractation était largement dépassé. Sauf qu'ils ont oublié que la poussette était en rupture, qu'ils m'ont pas prévenu quand ils l'ont reçu en magasin et qu'après avec les fêtes de fin d'année et Covid je ne pouvais pas venir... bref très déçu !
