Achat d'un téléphone et 3 jours après constat d'un disfonctionnement on me propose l'envoi en SAV. Ne veulent faire aucun échange et se soustrait à la loi de rétractation de 7 jours prévu par la législation française... Le Directeur du magasin a signalé à son employé de procéder de la sorte malgré l'évocation de cette loi.Comme vous pouvez lire la réponse du propriétaire, il pense pouvoir se soustraire à la loi de rétractation de 7 jours applicable en France même pour un produit déballé (comment faire pour constater un éventuel soucis). Aucun disfonctionnement constaté à l'instant T mais réellement présent à l'usage quotidien.Je pensais préférable d'effectuer mon achat en boutique mais faite le directement sur le site de la marque, eux respecte vos droits.
