Specifically, I looked at the few negative reviews received and the responses from the manager of this account. I admired that the restaurant stands up for their food, as the reality is that the customer does not necessarily always have to be right.I had a 3-course meal, and simply put it was of high-quality, well presented and delicious. You can easily notice that they really care about their food here.The starter was light and flavorful, the Welsh was generous and outstanding, and it is impossible to forget about the dessert which was the recommendation of the chef. A real pleasure to taste these dishes bringing together products from the 4 corners of the world, to make a successful and colorful alliance of flavors. Le service était sympathique mais il semble qu'il y ait eu un problème de communication avec la cuisine qui était en panne de friteuse et qui n'a pas transféré l'information en salle. Nous aurions préféré être averti et avoir une autre proposition culinaire au lieu d'attendre sans aucune explication. Cette mauvaise expérience nous a en plus fait prendre beaucoup de retard sur notre planning et nous a obligé à manger notre assiette tardive sur le pouce. Il s'est en plus avéré que la salade coleslaw maison annoncée sur la carte ne l'était pas du tout : quelques feuilles de salade et carottes râpées industrielles à la place. Malgré la gentillesse du serveur, nous en retenons une mauvaise expérience.

Guihelm Lenain: Après avoir commander au big Fernand place de Bethune j'avoue être un peut déçu.Pour commencer impossible de commander un burger personnaliser sans devoir prendre boisson dessert et frite (hors les autre big Fernand nous laisse cette possibilité) alors ça fais vite 30 euro un burger... Ensuite les cuisson n'était pas bonne ma copine a eu un steak bleu et pas saignant (au passage pour le cuisinier bleu c'est pas 1 seconde de chaque côté et c'est parti ça doit quand même être chaud au milieu) mon a point était bien cuit et les frite ridiculement petite j'ai manger des dès de pomme de terre pas des frite je chipote mais bon sinon c'était quand même bon :) (fallais pas réclamer le commentaire sur l'emballage ^^ l'avis et moin beau que nous désolé :)
